Author's POV:
A month had passed since Hariday and Mahalaxmi's communication came to a standstill. Suhani and Sanjay, concerned about their friends' strained relationship, found themselves grappling with the challenge of rekindling the connection.
Suhani: Sanjay, this is getting ridiculous. A whole month, and Hariday and Mahalaxmi haven't said a word to each other. We need to do something.
Sanjay: I've tried talking to Hariday multiple times, but he's adamant about not breaking Mahalaxmi's request. He says he's respecting her wishes.
Suhani: Well, we can't let this continue. We need to find a way to get them to talk.
Sanjay: I get it, Suhani, but Hariday is not budging. He's convinced that giving Mahalaxmi space is the right thing to do.
Suhani: (sighs) We need a plan, Sanjay. Something that will bring them together without making it seem forced. Any ideas?
Sanjay: I'm not sure, Suhani. Maybe if we create a situation where they have to interact naturally, it could work. But it has to be something subtle.
Suhani: What if we organize a casual gathering or event where they both have to be present? Something that doesn't scream "we're trying to get you two back together."
Sanjay: That could work. Let's make it a friendly, low-pressure environment. We just have to be careful not to push too hard.
The village and city fairs loomed on the horizon, each holding a unique significance for Mahalaxmi and Hariday. Little did they know that a carefully orchestrated plan by Suhani and Sanjay was in motion, aiming to reunite them without their knowledge.
Suhani, understanding Mahalaxmi's hesitation due to Hariday's presence, played her cards cleverly.
Suhani, with a sly smile on her face, approached Mahalaxmi.
Suhani: Hey Mahalaxmi, you know, the village fare is just around the corner. We can't let it happen without you managing it like every year. It won't be the same without your touch.
Mahalaxmi: Suhani, I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I'm not sure if I'm up for it this time. You know, with Hariday around, it just feels awkward.
Suhani: Oh come on, Mahalaxmi! Hariday is not even interested in village fairs and all that. He's a city guy; he won't be caught dead attending a village fair. Trust me, you won't even see his face there.
Mahalaxmi: Well, if you're sure he won't be there, maybe I can consider it. But I don't want any surprises.
Suhani: No surprises, I promise! It's a Mahalaxmi-exclusive village fair this year!
Meanwhile, on the other side...
Meanwhile, Sanjay approached Hariday with a mischievous grin.
Sanjay: Harry, my man! You've got to come to the Village fare this year. It's going to be epic!
Hariday: Village fare? I'm not really into that stuff, Sanju. Besides, I've got other things on my plate. ( turns to go to bathroom )
Sanjay: Trust me, you don't want to miss this one. And guess what? Mahalaxmi won't be there. Iswarlal Uncle is heading the fair this time.
Hariday: ( Stops) Really? Okay, fine, count me in. But I better not see Mahalaxmi there.
Sanjay: Don't worry, Harry. It's a Mahalaxmi-free zone this year. You're going to have a blast.
Back to Suhani and Mahalaxmi...
