IT'S TIME TO WAKE UP EVERYONE!' Miss Jane said well rather yelled then said. Here's one thing to know about Miss Jane she only likes suck-up kids like Adam or Angela. After everyone in the room had changed and left the room the last kid shut the door behind them. I stayed under the covers because nobody would even care.

 I was about to doze off again when suddenly the covers covering my body flew off me and revealed many scars covering my arms. Shivering I look up to see the one and only person who cares for me in this hell hole. 'Rise and Shine Y/n! Today is going to be a great day I can feel it.' 'Ugh, you say that every day James but guess what' 'What' 'Every day is the same every day I either get hurt by Miss Jane's words or I get to be a punching bag for Adam and Angela.'

  'Plus no one wants to adopt a kid with scars from cutting himself these adults want a perfect child, not a defect and a crybaby.' 'Y/n The reason why I think today will be a good day is because there are volunteers from the high school coming to help me and Miss Jane out.' 'Why are you telling me this?' 'Because I may have partnered you up with someone.' 'YOU WHAT!!!' I yelled 'Oh Come on Y/n give it a chance.' 

'Nope No not doing it' I tell him 'Why can't I stay in this room where I'm safe from Adam, Angela, Or everyone for that matter.' 'Because It's not healthy and I think you need to be social plus I will have a surprise for you at the end of the day.' I looked at him 'You have my attention' I told him. 'If you behave I will give you my old N64 console-.'

 'Yeah right even if I behave how will I play on it I need a TV' 'You didn't let me finish I will give you my old N64 console and I will set it up in the attic for you to play on' 'We have an attic???' He nodded walking towards the door 'Now get changed and meet me in the Main hall to meet your volunteer partner' He told me as he closed the door 

I chose to wear an oversized Fnaf hoodie and some shorts. The reason why I chose the Oversized hoodie is well I don't want the person I have to hang out with to know about my past, The scars, And how I'm depressed. James never said I could hide my depression after I got dressed I opened the door to my shared room and started to head down to the main hall. But was stopped by Adam and Angela 'Well Well Well if it isn't our favorite punching bag.'

 Adam had said 'What the hell do you guys want?.' I asked 'We feel like playing a new game we made up.' Angela said  'And what's that?' I asked them 'See who can make Y/n do whatever we want first.' James then came towards us 'Y/n there you are I was thinking you went back to bed come on I want you to meet your Volunteer Partner.' 

James then grabbed my hand took me to his office and closed the door he then went to his desk. 'Have a seat Y/n Ben just went to use the bathroom he should be back soon though.' I then went to one of the chairs next to his desk and sat down then the door opened. I turned to see who opened the door the person who opened the door looked a few years older than me maybe at least 18 years old. 

He had blonde hair and blue eyes he also was wearing a green shirt and blue shorts god my volunteer partner looked like Link from Legend Of Zelda I guess that's cool. 'You must be Y/n I'm Ben' He held his hand out for me to shake it. I looked at James but he just nodded towards Ben I scoffed and shook his hand. James then told Ben to have a seat in the chair next to me I rolled my eyes as Ben sat down.

'Now let's get to know one another Ben why don't you go first.' 'Ok well, my name is Benjamin Lawman I'm 18 years old and I like video games.' Ok so we have one thing in common and he looks like Link. I guess I will try to make friends with him James then looked at me and asked 'What about you Y/n.'

 'Well, my name is Y/n L/n I'm 12 years old and I like Video games as well though I only watch people play them on YouTube.' Ben looks at me and asks 'What type of Video Games do you like?.' 'Mostly the older ones like the Legend of Zelda series.' I tell him I don't know much about the game only that it's a series and that there are fairies and a Character named Link in it.

 'Alright now that we have introduced each other let's show Ben where you like to hang out Y/n.' James is the first one to get up and head towards the door then Ben and finally me but James made me take the lead because I had to show Ben where I hang out. The first place I showed him was the shared room which is where I stay most of the morning till 12. I then went outside to show them the woods in the back of the orphanage.

 James tells me not to go too far into them because I might get lost. But anyway it's been about 30 minutes since James left us alone in the shared bedroom. He said he had to set something up but he did not leave us to talk he left us with some bored games to play. Boy this was going to be a long week if I don't find something else to do then just play bored games.
