When I go

When I leave this Earth behind

Bury me deep in the black Earth

I want my soul to hear the bells chime,

Before I leave to new birth,

When I go

I want my funeral to be a party

Not full of woe,

For all I care, be tarty!

When I die

Think of me often

But don't cry,

Not until I'm in the coffin,

When I am living no more

I want you to be happy

Not be sad forevermore,

Life is a party!

My dying wish is for you, my dear

To live as if you've never wept, you hear?

Let those tears succumb to the past

And let your laughter be what lasts
