Emma POV
Few days later. Tomorrow is my birthday and mom and dad will be coming next week. I'm a bit upset that they will be not present on my special day. Today because Nick was busy I drove home alone. As I reached home I parked my car and went to open the door. And as soon as I opened the door then
Everyone:Surprise!
I gasped in surprise. My parents, my brother and my friends were present here to surprise me for my birthday.
Emma:Mom, Dad weren't you guys coming next week?
Dad:We were but how can we miss our baby's birthday.
I hugged my dad due to happiness.
Lauren:Hello we are also here! I also want a hug!
I chuckled and hugged my friends.
Emma:I missed you guys.
Brent:We missed you too.
After our family moment we cut the cake and after cutting the cake I was now sitting in my room checking my social media. A lot of people wished me and I was sending them my thanks. Today is my 23rd birthday. From my childhood I always used wait for this day eagerly. This day have a lot of good memories but... Also the worst memory of my life. 3 years ago... My biggest nightmare..

Flashback
It was my 20th birthday. My family and friends were present. We were having a lot of fun. Then suddenly my head started to spin and the last thing I remember that Nich was calling my name and I fainted. When I opened my eyes I found myself lying in a hospital bed. Then after a few minutes my parents and a doctor entered the room.
Doctor:Hey Ms. Emma how are you feeling right now?
Emma:Umm.. Good I guess?
Mom:Sweetie I told you to take care of yourself. Look how tensed you made us.
Emma:I'm sorry mom. But doctor can you tell me why I suddenly fainted?
Doctor:Ms.Emma I can't exactly tell you right now. I need you to take a few tests.
I nooded.
Doctor:But maybe it's because of stress, it'll be fine if you don't stress yourself.
Emma:Ok doctor.
After that I took some tests and he said I'll get reports by tomorrow.
Today me and Nick went to the doctor to see my reports. After entering his cabin he asked me to sit and took Nick  outside to tell something. After some time both of them came and said my reports were totally fine and we went home. Bruh! I am not a kid that I won't understand anything. Definitely there was something with my reports or else why the doctor will take Nick outside. I was thinking all this sitting in my room. I wasn't able to sleep so I went down stairs. After coming down from the stairs I saw Nick and my parents talking in the dining table. After seeing them talking I hid behind a wall to over here there conversation.
Nick:Mom I know it's hard to accept it but we have to stay strong for Emma. If we are the who will breakdown then who will handle her?
Mom:But...
Nick:Mom...
Mom:I can't! Why is she getting this? She have done nothing wrong with anyone. How will I tell my daughter that she has Alzheimer!!
