Where are you going?" Eshwar inquired.
"To home," she replied.
Concerned, Eshwar, who was aware of Mahitha's mother's health, asked, "Ammu, are you okay?"
She looked down, fell into a moment of silence. Eshwar, not uttering a word, sensed her hesitation. Finally, she spoke up, "Should I ask the same to you?"
Turning his gaze away, Eshwar walked to the window. Mahitha, standing, broke the silence with a touch of humor, "By the way, when are you giving the treat to me?"
He smiled, turning to face her with hands in his pockets, and asked, "Will you come to the headquarters tonight?"
Surprised, Mahitha responded, "What? Seriously, Mr. Eshwar Anirudh? Do you think I won't come? You've broken my heart. Are you doubting me?" she said dramatically, making a sad face.
He chuckled and walked towards her. Unknowingly, she stood and walked backward, placing the chair in front of her. He asked, trying to be serious, "What happened?"
Surprised by her own actions, she stammered, "Nothing."
"So, will you come? Think again?" he teased.
Confused, she nodded her head and said, "Why are you asking again and again? You are not inviting me to war, just for dinner. Why should I think so much? Really, Eshwar, sometimes I don't understand. Take your own time. Take me to dinner. I don't care about your room or anywhere else. Why should I think twice? I used to go out with my brother Kranti in the same way I am coming with you."
He looked at her with frustration and asked, "Don't compare me with your brother. Arey Me and your brother are the same for you!?"
Rama Chandra Eshwar, what difference does it make if I say the same or not the same? In the end, dinner is dinner, and food is food, isn't it?
"An idiot is an idiot! Isn't it, idiot?" he asked with a smile.
She smiled and said, "Bye, Eshwar. I have to go to the dance class too; the car is already waiting for me."
He smiled and said, "After reaching, give me a call."
She smiled in agreement, said, "Yes," and bid him before leaving.

While coming out of the house to go to the dance class, she saw Arpita teaching Pranayama to Granny. Even though Granny wasn't interested, Arpita persisted in her efforts.
"Arpi, is it really necessary for me at this age? I'd rather sit and say Rama! Krishna!" Granny protested.
Her grandson Nihan chimed in, "Arpi, she's such a liar. 24/7 on duty, always finding new reasons to scold everyone and shouting at everyone."
Granny looked at Mahitha and said, "See, Ammu, how he's talking about me."
Mahitha replied, "What's your problem, Ayan? If Granny doesn't sit saying Rama! Krishna, she'll say Dam Maro Dam. Seriously, why are you blaming her? Isn't that right, Granny?"
Everyone, including the gardeners working nearby, burst into laughter.
Granny, trying to hide her smile, exclaimed, "Where is the stick? Someone give me a stick!"
Mahitha blew a flying kiss to her. "You are my darling, Granny!" She then got into the car.
Ayan continued to drive, laughing along with Mahitha as she cracked jokes. After dropping her off at Vishnuvardhan's home, he said, "Give me a call, and I'll come to pick you up."
