The next day Harry started it by opening the egg that he got but he immediately regretted it when a loud screeching noise came from it
when everyone heard the noise they all flinched back and hated the noise very much and put their hands around their ears
after hearing it Harry quickly closed it he then put it aside and practiced with his father with his time magic to the point where he had mostly mastered it because Kronos froze time Harry ended up mastering all of his abilities and magic and so he was around someone who gets 100's on the Owls
most people looked at him in shock at what his father had done for him and he was even more in shock
In terms of power Harry despite still being mortal was slightly below the big three that being Zeus, Posioden, and Hades which means that he was not far off from his father's level of strength which made Harry very happy that he could help his father
most people smiled at this and how he is closer to helping his father with a problem. Daphne though looked at Harry with admiration at how strong he is
afterward, he and Daphne spent a few days getting to know each other, and in between he read a few books on different animals until he got the idea to put the egg underwater since from what he could tell it seemed like a water creature, and when he put it underwater he heard it say "disembodied merpeople voices singing a song to the champions, letting them know that they had to come to the lake and rescue something very valuable to them"
when Daphne and Hermione heard this they felt a bit dumb for not thinking of that because both felt like they should know that though some of them were confused about the riddle that was said
"what does that mean" a Griffindor 5th year asked
"well it most likely has to do something with saving a thing or person," Harry said "though the only idea he had was with rescue and valuable" are the only reasons I think that," he told everyone making most agree with the points that were made
after that, he walked to his class when he saw that there would be a platform being made for the next task, and if he had to guess it probably would be in a month or so
about a month later was the ball and then about 3 weeks later would be the next task honestly he was really excited for the next task but the words couldn't help but feel incredibly nervous about the ball that he had to attend the biggest reason is he barely had any dancing skills the only ones that exist is some his mother forced him to take so he won't be a clueless idiot when dancing
most people looked at him with surprise I mean why wouldn't he he could easily fight basilisks, kill dragons, fight Voldemort at least once, and survive how could dancing be so nerve-racking for him most people silently chucked at this
Harry was wearing a black button-up shirt with black pants and black suit shoes a red tie a grey vest with some black gloves and a black suit jacket. when he looked he saw Daphne he was she was wearing a long green dress and golden accents on it she also had some slight makeup on and some red lipstick (ignore the girl but this is what the dress looks like just a bit longer it goes down to her ankles)

"wow," Harry said shocked by her beauty "You look amazing with that on," he told her making her blush deeply and thank him
"Wow," Harry said looking at her "You look like a living Goddess," he said honestly making her blush deeply but was smiling up a storm
Daphne basically turned into a tomato with how much she was blushing but was also smiling a lot from how Harry complimented her
once all the champions were there with their partners they started the opening dance with the champions and their dancing partners both Harry and Daphne were having an amazing time Daphne could easily say that he was probably the most attractive person that she had ever met in her mind. when they took a break they were eating together and in all honestly were acting like a couple. making multiple think that they generally were dating
both of them were blushing up a storm about what was happening but both of them thought ' I wouldn't mind dating him/her
a few hours later they went to their dorm which was around 11:30 at night and they went to sleep around midnight the next day Harry read most of the books in Slytherin Library the only ones he didn't were the ones about Parsalmagic which he was happy with though there were only 4 books on Parsalmagic.
most people were surprised about what had happened though both Harry and Daphne had the feeling that they were both told to stop because both of them felt that if they were dancing they would most likely not stop for another few hours. though Harry still felt nervous about what was going to happen regarding the 2nd task
after about a week and a half Harry and Daphne seemed to be almost glued to each other and except for the common room for Daphne and being in class they were rarely seen away from each other and Harry also ended up meeting both Blaze and Tracy and he liked them a lot.
Both of Daphne's said friends looked happy at the fact that they would become friends with the said Boy Who Lived and they were pretty sure that they all would be very good friends with them for most of their friends
a few weeks later the 2nd task was ready and he sighed as he woke up and got his nerves off of him then he went to the location of the 2nd task still a bit nervous
