[ xiaos pov: ]

there i stood infrount of the place a dreded to be...

"dad do i have to be here" i asked
"yes xiao.. you and your sister will stay here over the summer" he replyed
"but whyy" i groned at him
"you know i have a business trip don't make this compplicated xiao"

"yeah cheer up xiaoxi at least we won't have to 3rd wheel on those two freaks" hu tao joked
"jokes aside i heard this place was haunted booouuu" she replyed to herself

our dad walked us to the door

"bye have a good time and be nice to grandma!"
he waves us off

"so how many cousins do we have"
she said knocking on the door

"its not like i care but its a big house so id assume more than 2" i said

"its hard to belive that only pa' moved out right"
 the door opened cutting hu tao off

"oh huutaow sciao its nice to see you"
"grand ma!!" hu tao huged her wile i scooted past

"Where is my room grandma"
i said trying to avoid greeting evryone

"oh yes ill have tonia show your rooms"
"tooonia" she yelled

"yes mom?"
i see a mid aged woman
hm so this is tonia....

"can you show them there rooms for the summer?" she asked"
"yes mam'm" tonia said

"come on you two"
tonia waved her hands for me an hu tao to follow

we walked upstairs and past a corner or two
What an old house..

"here your rooms are across from each other make your selfs at home"

hu tao looked at me..

"I get first PICK HEHEH"
she laughs at me loudly
"HEY NO FAIR-"

after a minute we settled in our rooms

hu tao knocked on my door..
"hey xiao are you going to come greet everyone?"
"no im not in the mood."

i hear her foot steps echo as she walks away from my room
her footsteps are still heard as she walks down the stairs...

a few hours later and it's starting to get dark, i wonder when we will ea-
*kock knock*
my thoughts were interrupted by some knocking

"what?" i yelled through the door
"dinner's ready xiao hurry"
hu tao yelled at me.

i got up from bed walking out of my room

walking down stairs into the dining room, picking up my fork eating the food in frount of me
evryone was quick to try to start a conversasion with me but i ended them.

after dinner wile i was walking to my room hu tau scolded me for not talkingto evryone at dinner
"xiao you know how rude you were. they were so nice to let us stay here for the summer and your just ignoring them!"

..i rolled my eyes
"oh come on its not like i wanna be here"

she groaned at my response
"hey grandma said to take a shower after me k?" i nod at hu tao

as tould i take a shower after hu tao
but i cant shake off the feeling that someone is watching me...
i blowdry my hair and get changed

but as soon as i lay down in my bed...

"dang- i don't feel tired..."

i sit up and grab my phone puting my headphones on...
after a minute i deside to look outside oppon walking into the backyard I saw lots of land

it was very cold but no snow? i mean it was summer..

i walk far back in the feild untill i see a more un gardend area....
the grass was tall and green
There were a few trees that all seemed climbable...

i sat down resting my back on a tree lissening to music and playing mobile games, it felt nice

the sky was so clear... at this point.

i climbed a tree that was wide enough to lay on, getting lost in my own world i checked my phone to see it was 1:00am..

I feel tired now...
as i walked back it felt as if something was looking at me again,,

*sigh*

what a long day-..
