I woke up the next morning with a drunk voicemail from Hayley. She sounded upset for a moment but then told me she's not coming home so don't wait up; like I would wait up. I put my phone down and rolled over. Jack was still sleeping like a baby he looked so cute, I feel bad I'll have to kick him out. Honestly he was the best one-night stand I've ever had. I snuggled closer lifting his arm and genlty putting it back down around me. My eyes fluttered and I fell asleep once again.

I woke up this time around 11. Jack was still asleep and I sighed as I knew this was goodbye. I gently shook him awake.

"Psst Jack," I whispered.

His eyes fluttered opened as he yawned. "Morning, Ramona."

Jack smiled, his voice groggy from sleep. I smiled back and rolled out of bed. I grabbed whatever tee shirt was laying on the floor and put it on. I went into the kitchen to make coffee and cereal. I turned around to find Jack in nothing but his navy blue ethika boxers.

"You couldn't have put clothes on?" I asked rhetorically.

"Well I can't find my pants and you are wearing my shirt," he smirked.

I looked down as the heat rose from my cheeks. I had on the same grey v-neck Jack was wearing last night.

"Whoops I guess I didn't bother to look whose shirt was whose," I shrugged casually playing it off.

"It looks better on you anyways, Mona," Jack said.

Oh no the nickname! He's getting too friendly, how long does he plan on staying? The bigger question is how long do I plan on letting him stay?

"Coffee?" I asked taking cups out of the cupboard.

"Sure," he replied.

Why did I offer coffee? And why did he accept? I'm getting myself in too deep here. I poured Jack and myself coffee. As I took slow sips letting it hit the back of my throat. I smiled and sighed happily, nothing beats the first cup of coffee in the morning. I looked over at Jack who was gone from his seat at the kitchen island. I looked around in a panic to find him gazing at my bookshelves in the living room.

"What are you doing?" I asked as I looked at my collection of books with him.

"You have a lot of books, Mona," Jack said not taking his eyes off them.

"Yeah I work at a book store, plus I really like to read." I explained.

"Wait. Have you read all of these?" Jack asked.

"Most of them, yes." I said.

"Holy shit!" Jack exclaimed, his eyes widened.

"Are you really that surprised?" I questioned.

"What's this?" Jack asked, ignoring my question, "Finding my lost half R.S. Myers."

He held up a composition book waiting for me to answer. I almost didn't want to but then Jack opened it and began to read.

"NO DON'T!" I yelled stealing the book away from him.

"Alright I'm sorry. I didn't mean to step over boundaries," Jack held his hands up in defense.

"No its not that, its just this is private," I said with my head down as I ran my fingers over the cover.

"Like a diary? Why not just keep it in your room?" He asked.

"Its not a diary. Its more like a memoir. I'm not done with it yet so I keep it here as a reminder," I explained.

"I understand. So what does the S stand for?" Jack asked curiously.
