➶-͙˚ ༘✶ The World Government has always coveted the Mizu Mizu no Mi fruit. Not because it was particularly powerful but because of its versatility. The Mizu Mizu no Mi fruit was not just able to allow it's user to be able to create and be able to turn into water but to be able to control anything that has water in it. For this reason the World Government wanted it, yet they could never find the fruit.
➶-͙˚ ༘✶ Whenever a user of the Mizu Mizu no Mi fruit would die the fruit would always pop up in the same spot. In the palace garden on a specific tree in the kingdom Shimizu is where the Mizu Mizu no Mi fruit will always pop up.
➶-͙˚ ༘✶ The day finally came in which the World Government found the current location of the Mizu Mizu no Mi fruit. They sent the marines to get the fruit but they failed because of Princess [Name] and the Strawhat Pirates who happened to be on Shimizu. The World Government now wants Princess [Name] who has eaten the Mizu Mizu no Mi fruit.

Water Manipulation- The ability to be able to shape and manipulate water
Ice, Snow, Plants, and Gas Manipulation- The ability to manipulate ice, snow, plants, and gas
Water Detection- The ability to be able to sense things in the water
Healing Water- Being able to use water to heal wounds
Water Transmutation- The ability to turn matter into water
Water Absorption- The ability to absorb water
