A/n pov....

A knock was heard on the wooden door of a house that looked old as it was but it's wall still had enough power to stand for more hundred years.

"YN dekh Zara kaun hai" (YN check who is it) a voice of lady could be heard from the kitchen that was surely in her 50's.

"Ji mumma" (yes mom)
A sweet voice came from the second floor.
Sound of anklets could be heard clearly.....meaning that girl was coming downstairs in a hurry to open the door.

She opened the door and automatically a wide smile took place on her plump lips.

"Janvi...tum kab or kaise" (janvi...you how and when)
she hugged her best friend tightly.

"Maine socha apni pehli job ki pehli salary sai tujhe party du" (I thought to give you a party from my first job's first salary"
janvi said smiling at YN.

YN took her inside and made her sit on the sofa.

"Job?....kahan or kaisi job" (job?....where and how)
YN asked while giving her a glass of juice.

"Well...tujhe bataya tha na ki Mumbai padhne jaa rhi hu (well...I had told you na that I am going to Mumbai for study)*YN nodded* ......to wahan ek hospital mai job mil gyi....teri dost ab doctor ban gyi hai" (so there I got a job in a hospital....your friend had became a doctor now)
YN smiled widely at her and hugged her tightly.

"Bahut khush hu tere liye" (I am really happy for you)
YN smiled at her.

"Tu apne liye bhi khush ho skti hai" (you can also make your life happy)
janvi said looking at YN whose face was covered with confusion now.

"Matlb" (what do you mean)

Janvi sighed and held her hands in hers.

"Doctor to tujhe bhi banna tha na.....tumne study bhi ki coarse bhi complete kiya lekin kabhi job ke liye apply kyu nhi kiya.....tujhe to ek bahut bade hospital sai bhi senior doctor ki post ka offer aaya fir bhi reject kar diya kyu" you also wanted to be a doctor right....you also completed your studies but didn't even applied for the job....and you even got an offer to be a senior doctor in one of the big hospitals but you said no)

Janvi said in pure concern towards her best friend.

YN smiled sadly.

"Tujhe pta hai ki study Kis condition mai ki hai.....5 mahine tak papa ko raazi krna pda tha fir maane par phir bhi ek hafte mai teen sai jyada din nhi jaane dete the.....doctor banna to bahut door ki baat hai"
(You know under what conditions I have studied....it took 5 months to make dad agree with my studies and then he also didn't let me go more than three days in a week....being a doctor is far away)

Janvi looked at YN with pity. She had been with her for years and she know how much she was determined to become a doctor.

She had a dream to become a surgeon to save those who were in physical pain.
