He didn't come with a fancy title,  but he did come with a Country Manor in the foothills of The Tiny Providence of Bourbon, nestled in the foothills of Wessex Territory, and he was the great-great-great-grandson of the most distinguished royal family of  Huge Capet, King of France, through his son,  King Louis the IX of France,  and through his youngest son, Prince Robert, Count of Clermont who married Lady Beatrice, Lady Bourbon, and through them was the founded of The Royal House of Bourbon and their many branches. 

Lord Frederick William Howard the Third is the maternal great-great-great-grandson of  Lord Robert Capet, Duke of Bourbon whose youngest great-great-granddaughter, Lady Suzanne Beatrice married Lord Frederick William Howard The Second, the oldest grandson of  Lord  Patrick William Howard in 2148 and Lord Frederick William  Howard The Third is born  in 2250

Lord Frederick William Howard The Third grows up with his father, Lord Frederick William Howard The Second and his mother, Lady Susan Beatrice Bourbon, until 2265, and Lord Patrick William Howard The Second dies at the age of 84 years old. 

In the same year that Lord Frederick William Howard The Second dies his youngest nephew, Lord Edwin William Howard passes away in 2265 at the age of 45 years old,  and he leaves behind his grandson, Lord David William Beck and Lord Frederick William Howard The Second leaves behind  Lord Frederick William Howard The Third. 

They are first cousins twice removed,   and  in 2270,  Both Lord Andrew Charles Howard, Duke of Northumberland Territory dies at the age of 75 and he leave behind his grandson, Lord Thomas William Howard, and Lord George Frederick Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory dies at the age of 61, and he leaves behind his grandson, Lord Richard William Carey, and Lord Thomas William Howard, and Lord Richard William Carey becomes Dukes of their grandfather's Dukedom on Stra Base 12.
