The doorbell rings. There stupefied

Stands goddess-smitten pizza guy.

He freezes, dazed

By houri's gaze

Then scurries, terrified.

The velvet vixens laugh, unphased

And like bacchantes run through maze

Of mansion walls

Where other thralls

They've slain in primal craze.

Has pizza guy his fate forestalled?

Has he escaped the maenads' maul?

Through fearful flight

He lives tonight,

Yet still their beauty calls.

Enchantresses, with magic rites

Desire within the lad's heart light.

Now he yearns

For fast return

To feast upon their sight.

The more days pass, the more he burns;

All reason urges overturn.

Seductive smiles

And legs for miles

His fevered psyche churn.
