XANTHE RUNS DOWNSTAIRS WITH HER PHONE IN HER hand and goes up to her mom with the biggest smile on her face. may looks at her daughter confused on why she was so excited. xanthe stands in front of the counter where her mother was standing behind it.
"mom! look! look! look!" xanthe hands her mother the phone, who grabs it very confused.
"i don't get it."
"a boy complimented me!" xanthe exclaimed with a smile on her face that showed her pearly white teeth. "he said i was irresistible!"
"oooh. is he your new boyfriend?" may teased xanthe.
xanthe rolls her eyes, "no! of course not!" xanthe taps colby's account to see what he looks like, "but i wish he was." xanthe widens her eyes, looking at the attractive boy.
he was brunette and had the most beautiful blue eyes that looked like the ocean. xanthe's favorite thing was the ocean and her second favorite color was ocean blue. he had a lot of tattoos and he had a contagious smile. he was also a youtuber. xanthe scrolled farther down the pictures and her mouth agapes as she sees how attractive colby brock was.
"what's his name?" may questions, breaking xanthe from her thoughts.
"um, colby brock." xanthe answered. "he's a youtuber, i guess."

"he really is handsome." may said, wanting to embarrass her daughter because she thought it was funny.

"what if he hates me?" xanthe asked, making her mother look at her with a sad expression, noticing xanthe's little pout and little sad eyes.
"don't worry, honey. he'll love you. i promise." may says, making xanthe feel a little better. "now, go text your future husband. he's already got my approval." she teased again.
