One interesting school day, there lived a-- who am I kidding?

Once upon a school day, there was me. A person who loved writing but couldn't structure a story very well. A person who loves to comfort people but couldn't find the right words in time. A girl who was curious about a guy but couldn't muster up the courage to talk to him.

So what'd I do? I wrote him a letter.

20 September

"What a great start to the morning it was: I went to the library!<3 "

Yeah, no. As I walked through the school gates, I looked around the school: the sky - lifeless, the walls - dull, the library - best place to be in the morning! Once I entered, I saw my friend, Alina, sitting on a chair reading some notes she had written down in her notebook. When she saw me, she smiled (as usual), closed her book and set it on the desk in front of her. "So, how was the morning?" She asked. "Good," I replied "Yours?" "It was okay."

Mind I tell you, Atina loves to talk about everything and anything, (mostly what she fancies) but it's fun to talk with her anyway.

As we talked, my other friend, Jerry, entered the library. A short guy (shorter than me) yet funny and interesting walked towards us. "Disgusting." He said. I've gotten used to his repetitive use of the word 'disgusting'. Ever since I used it and introduced it to him, it's been his new word or what I'd call 'his catch-phrase'.

"Morning, Jerry." I said, my African accent obviously slipping right through my mouth. (He comes from the same country as my parents, hence why I'm comfortable speaking to him with an African accent instead of my American one) "Ah, what are you doing?" He asked, "Doing a love test." I was writing it in my notebook: My name and my crush's name. "For what?" He asked "To see how likely we are to get together."

Jerry sighed and walked over to the bookshelf and began looking through some books. While I did the love test, I counted the numbers and got 84% better than last time: I had gotten 57%.

Atina sat across me. Staring at me with her clothed eyes (she wears glasses). The lights making her blue eyes shimmer a tiny bit. She pushed her specs up, "So, about yandere simulator-" "Okay, champs it's time to go!" The librarian cut her off. "Log off and get to line-up." Jerry walked back over to us; I packed my things away and put on my jacket as I exited the library.

Walking down the stairs, Jerry and I talked amongst ourselves. I could feel Atina's presence lurking behind and beside me, it annoyed me but also made me feel guilty. I know I neglect her on purpose and I don't really want to talk to her but she's a real good friend and I need to learn how to pay attention to her and talk to her without feeling annoyed 24/7.

While walking to the tennis court to line up, Jerry went to his side, leaving me and Atina alone. We talked about books and vampires and of course, yandere simulators (one of her favourite games)

Soon, I left Atina to go to my side of the court and I stood where my class normally stands.

"Oh, what will today bring me?" I took a deep breath.

What's in store for me today?
