let's go over the things that you have problems with.
Socializing, and speaking in general is a big problem for many introverts like me and you, but guess what, you can overcome that fear pretty easily. Whenever you are socializing, you're going to make eye contact, dont make it too dominant and scary, you will look cringe. Be friendly with everyone, and don't be dry. It might be hard to make eye contact at first, but instead you can look at the middle of their eyebrows. Don't be a ching chong pussy who everyone calls gay
To our next point, don't let others call you gay. If someone says you're a girl or you're a girl, say this "atleast i dont suck dick" or something like that. Don't say cringy shit like "are you talking to a mirror" or "Okay so?". Ignoring them will make you seem scared, so be confident and say that.
You're probably super insecure, my tip is to stop looking at your reflection if you are insecure of physical appearance. I have learnt that people usually don't give a shit unless you're super ugly and look like an alien which you don't. If you are insecure of how people think of you, then don't be. Be confident and don't seem like a loser. Being delusional is also good sometimes, you can make up a version of yourself where everyone thinks you're super cool, and try to act accordingly. It will manifest and you will naturally be more confident.
last point, don't be a fucking doo doo head. Don't call yourself dumb, nor think you're the smartest person because that's just gonna end up in disaster. Don't be scared to talk to anyone, even me.
In conclusion, think that you're intelligence is average but also think you're also the coolest and most confident person ever. Then, try to BE confident and cool so it becomes reality. Make it a goal to be manly and cool. Be a little bit intimidating, and last step is be respectful which you already are i think. Never be insecure, that's for the weak.
