Author's Pov,

"Anvayi Beta take a Prashad," Rahul's mother reminded her and she forwarded her right hand to take it.

It was Aashadhi Ekadashi Puja as Vari of Saint, Tukaram and Dnyaneshwar would reach the next day to Pandharpur with thousands of devotees of Lord Vitthalla.

"Aunty, do you know where Mr Raheja took Aehraan?" She calmly asked after not seeing her son for the time they arrived there.

Mamta moved her eyes all around and noticed her son standing with that little boy near the food stall, "He is feeding him, wait a little, child. Rahul will drop you at home."

"His tummy was already filled Aunty, I made him eat one hour ago."

"He is a kid, and you know they get hungry easily and if they aren't still they need to taste the food."

Yana smiled and nodded her head, she truly respected Mamta, she was a lady in her late fifties and a doctor by profession, she was the one who delivered Aehraan.

She isn't clueless about her past and knows that Aehraan wasn't born out of a sacred bond, but that lady never judged her and that's where her respect increased more in her eyes.

"Do you have a son too? I mean you look so young," a woman the same age as Mamta asked with shock.

Yana smiled and replied, "Yeah I have two sons."

"Where is your husband then? What does he do?"

Her smile faded and her face turned stoic, she gulped down the lump that formed in her throat and answered, "I Am Not Married."

Mamta was calm as she knew it already but that lady just gave her a disgusting look.

It wasn't new for Yana so she turned to go towards her son to take him home but halted after hearing her words,

"What's wrong with today's generation, they can't even keep their legs close until the right time, God knows what morals their parents give them, Ani Bagha Bai kiti Garvane sangate hi nirlajj Muligi ki don mul aahet te suddha without marriage."

(And see how proudly this shameless girl is saying that she has two sons without marriage)

Yana turned towards her trying to calm her nerves and said with a tight tight-lipped smile, "Aunty If we didn't see the full movie why judge the whole cinematography based on the teaser?"

That lady's face fell and Mamta smiled controlling her laugh.

"We are at Puja Kaku (Aunt), I respect your age so I would like to take my leave but remember It doesn't matter how much You would please the lord with this Puja, Mauli (Lord Vitthala) would be happier to know his kids are good and kind people unlike the people who shames other."

That lady didn't stop there and went away not before glaring at her with so much anger.

"Don't worry beta, You will get thousands of people who would degrade you but it depends on how you handle the situation, this world contains good people too and you will surely get one."

Yana forcefully smiled and said, "We need to go Aunty."

Mamta nodded her head and called her son who quickly came and without delinquency got ready to drop them.

He truly wanted this chance, after all, who would want to miss the chance to spend some alone time with a girl whom he likes?

Yana sat inside the car while holding Aehraan on her lap her mind still stuck on that lady's words, she didn't show it there but those words pierced her heart.
