𝐒ir Lancelot was never one for words. More of the silent 'get things done quickly' kind of guy. He also never believed in something as silly as the lady of the lake. An old wives tail. He walked into the chambers, seeing the rest of he Knights listening to Sir Gawain tell the story. "King Arthur needed a replacement for his sword, as he was looking in the woods he saw her. A gorgeous woman, supposedly, a soft blue dress adorned with designs and patterns, soft pink quills, and gentle caring green eyes. A woman like her is much unheard of around here. She gave the sword Excalibur to our king, and he went on to be the greatest. The woman disappeared into the lake, never to be seen until Excalibur was pulled from the stone." Lancelot butted in. "You believe that old wives' tale? Hmph. Sad, really." He snickered, placing his own sword down. "You should rest. We have patrol in the morning, Gawain." And with that, Lancelot walked away. It was dark out as he walked to his personal quarters. Lancelot didn't believe in Nimue, or of any old lore that has been said. Sure he's seen the sword of excalibur, but that was just embedded in a rock. Never did he think that his beliefs would change in the thick of night.....
