Jay's quirk allows her to summon pokemon
Drawbacks:
Some drawbacks are feeling dizzy if she uses her quirk too much, and if she summons a mythical, ultra beast, or legendary, she will get dizzyer quicker and will end up passing out
Future quirk abilities:
She will be able to do the thing that Lucy from fairy tail can do where lucy makes outfits and has their power from her celestial spirits, well she can also do that but with her pokemon, so jay the oc can make outfits and have her pokemons power while the pokemon is still out
