After three more dates with gaps of some days, Jungkook couldn't get Taehyung out of his mind. Whatever he did or wherever he went, his pretty senior was always on his mind all the time.

If he saw a glimpse of Taehyung across campus in between schedules, it would make his mood better. A little text would make him want to be all giggly and of course his heart would be uncontrollable whenever the two met up.

They had been texting earlier so Jungkook knew Taehyung would staying late for a lecture. It was almost 6.00 pm. He was waiting outside the lecture hall.

"Hey! It's the late comer." Bomi exited the hall with Hyunjae who had his arm wrapped around her waist.

"Hello to you two." Jungkook gave them a polite smile. The two greeted back, making a small talk with him.

Bomi had issue with him since he used to show up late but soon warmed up to Jungkook when she saw the dedication and efforts he put in his work.

"Are you waiting for Tae?" Hyunjae asked, making Jungkook nod.

"Oh, he'll come out a bit late. The professor is discussing something with him." Bomi told him, expecting the guy go away but it seemed Jungkook was determined to see Taehyung today.

The couple went away after bidding goodbye and Jungkook kept waiting. After half an hour, he decided to call Taehyung.

"Hello?"

"Hey hyung. How are you?"

"Oh, don't ask. I'm drained. The professor made me want to hit my head on a wall."

Jungkook chuckled, watching the said professor leaving the lecture hall. His eyes were glued on the entrance, waiting for Taehyung to come out.

"Where are you? Did you go home?"

"Nope. I'm waiting for this senior of mine to exit the lecture hall." Jungkook said, smiling when Taehyung stopped talking. As if the timing was written to be perfect, Taehyung walked out the door.

"You're here?" Taehyung's eyes searched all around, falling on the brunette leaning against the wall who smiled, waving at the elder, "You idiot! How long have you been waiting here?"

Taehyung felt tingles all around. He didn't know why this gesture made his stomach flip so much. To think someone would wait for him for over forty minutes standing at the same spot made him feel so special.

"Um, I don't know?" Jungkook laughed when Taehyung ended the call, smacking him before bringing him in a hug.

"Gosh, class ended such a long time ago. I'm so sorry you had to stay here for me."

"I missed you and I was here before I knew it." Jungkook said, heart flipping when he saw that rosy blush on Taehyung. He looked so pretty that Jungkook wanted to lean in and kiss him.

"This is not good for my heart," Taehyung muttered, grabbing Jungkook's hand as they started walking towards the exit of the hallway.

"Don't stress too much," Jungkook grinned, enjoying this way too much.

"This isn't a date," Taehyung pointed his finger at the younger, not wanting him to be so smug about it.

"I know, I know. You'll be planning the next one." Jungkook played along, loving every moment with the elder.

"Wanna grab dinner with me?"

"Yeah, sure- I bet it's not a date."

"Yes, definitely." Taehyung looked at Jungkook for a second, before both laughed at their silliness.

"Are you dating that late comer?" Bomi asked, placing the tray of snacks on the table. They were hanging out at Hyunjae's home.

". . . No. What makes you say that?" Taehyung said, realising they haven't really talked about making it official.

"The fact that you got are glued to each other." Bomi said, picking a glass of juice and sitting next to Hyunjae.

"And the way you both look at each other as if there's only you two in this world." Hyunjae added.

"Yeah, and he's totally smitten for you."

"Okay, okay. I get it," Taehyung stuffed his face with some chips to not look like a tomato. He knew they wouldn't let it go until he admitted there was something.

"So?"

". . . We've been on some dates."

"Yeah, and?" Bomi remarked, feeding her boyfriend a churro.

"I don't know why we never brought it up. Every moment with him just felt . . . felt so perfect that my mind never wandered there."

"You're practically dating if you ask me. He waits for you after class. You buy him dinner. You guys flirt like you're in your honeymoon phase and whoever sees you, they think you're dating." Bomi smirked when Taehyung avoided her smug gaze and focused on munching snacks.

"I'll ask him what we are. Okay? Now watch the damn movie." The ravenette rolled his eyes, picking up the bowl of popcorn and going to another sofa to get away from them. He settled on the single seater, eyes on the tv.

He thought about how it was time he asked Jungkook to be his boyfriend. Maybe the next date would be perfect.
