Amy walked along the beach with her stuff. She was drenched with sweat, and she felt extremely tired.

At the beach there were no people today. She realized that she should be embarrassed that there could possibly be people around. Amy was full of uneasiness. It was a very hot day today, but moments later there was a thunderstorm. The sky boomed with thunder and there was lightning. Amy found that carrying all her stuff was too heavy. She decided to leave it behind. This made her feel disgusted about herself. Leaving her stuff behind made Amy feel like she had low self-esteem. She knew too that she was a weak person because of her emotions, and she really could not cope with how humiliated she felt.
