"Yo, Jungkook... what are you doing here?" Yongki asked after he had opened the door.

Jungkook smiled. "Hey, is your brother here?" He asked.

Yongki furrowed his eyebrows. "He's at the library, but he should be back soon... you can wait for him if you'd like." He said as he moved to the side.

Jungkook smiled and thanked him before he walked inside. They walked over to the living room and sat down on the couch. Yongki went back to playing his video game.

"So... why do you want to talk to Yoongi?" Yongki asked.

Jungkook smiled. "I like him... I wanted to ask him out... he is into guys right?" Jungkook asked.

Yongki paused his game again and nodded slowly. "Uh... yeah... you seriously want to ask my brother out? When have you ever talked to him?" He asked.

Jungkook smiled. "When I was over one time, you and the others were outside in the pool and I came in to get a soda and he and I got to talking." Jungkook said.

Yongki scratched his head. "Dude, that was like months ago... you've liked him that long and are just now asking him out?" He asked.

Jungkook nodded. "I'm shy! But I finally have built up the courage to do it!" Jungkook said. "I've been trying to ask him all day but every time I was too late and he was already gone. So I thought maybe I could just ask him here."

Yongki stared at Jungkook for a moment before going back to him game. "Well... okay then. Totally didn't see that coming." He said.

Jungkook smiled. "Me either." He said under his breath before he watched as Yongki handed him a remote.

"Just until he comes home?" He asked. Jungkook nodded. "Okay!"

Yoongi smiled as Taehyung enthusiastically talked about his saxophone and jazz music.

"I just really love it, jazz music just speaks to my soul." He said as they walked up to Yoongi's house.

Yoongi smiled at him. "I bet you're really good at playing..." Yoongi said before he noticed Jungkook's car parked in front of his house.

Taehyung looked back at his best friend's car before looking at Yoongi who looked scared for a moment before he smiled at Taehyung. "Did you want to come in and hang out for a while?" Yoongi asked.

Taehyung blushed before he nodded. "Uh, yeah! Sure!" He said before he followed Yoongi inside. Yoongi lead Taehyung to the living room where Yongki and Jungkook were.

"Ugh fuck!" Yongki said as Jungkook beat him in their game. Yoongi glanced at Jungkook before looking at his brother. "Oh, hey Yoongi." Yongki said.

Yoongi blushed as Jungkook looked up at him. "Hey..." he said to his brother. Jungkook looked behind Yoongi at Taehyung who was playing with the strings on his backpack.

"Jungkook, didn't you want to ask my brother something?" Yongki asked.

Yoongi gulped as Jungkook set his controller down and stood up. "Yeah... uh... could we go talk somewhere?" Jungkook asked.

Yoongi looked between his brother and Jungkook before he nodded. He turned to Taehyung. "Do you mind?" He asked him.

Taehyung gave him a small smile and gently shook his head. "No, it's okay."

Yongki got up and offered the remote to Taehyung. "Wanna play with me?" He asked. Taehyung smiled and nodded, taking Jungkook's spot.

Jungkook looked at Yoongi and smiled as he just stared at Jungkook. "So... where can we talk?" He asked.

Yoongi pointed up the stairs. "Uh.. my room is this way." He said before he lead Jungkook to his room.

Yoongi stood to the side after he had opened the door and held it open as Jungkook walked in before shutting it.

Jungkook looked around Yoongi's room, briefly seeing a picture of him and Yongki that had Yongki covered by another paper so only Jungkook was showing. Yoongi walked over and quickly covered it with a piece of paper.

"Y-Yongki put it up... a-as a joke- prank! Uh... anyways, what did you want to talk about?" Yoongi asked as he gestured for Jungkook to sit at the foot of his bed.

Jungkook sat down and glanced around Yoongi's room once more as he sat down at his desk chair. Jungkook looked into Yoongi's eyes. "I was wondering if you could date me... and be my fa-" Jungkook said.

Yoongi froze. "Huh?" He asked, his jaw almost to the floor as he blocked out the last of Jungkook's scentence.

Jungkook lightly cleared his throat. "I was wondering if you could date me... and be my fake boyfriend." Jungkook said.

Yoongi was overwhelmed, he felt excitement and heartbreak all in one go. He blinked a couple times as he processed. "Fake... boyfriend..."

Jungkook nodded. "It's totally okay if you don't want to." He said.

Yoongi looked up at him and furrowed his eyebrows. "Why do you need a fake boyfriend?" Yoongi asked.

Jungkook sighed and pouted a bit, making Yoongi internally swoon. "Well... I'm sure you've heard the rumors about me... that I only want sex from people and what not... but that's not true and I couldn't squash the rumor before it blew up. I just want to show... people... that I can be a boyfriend." He said.

Yoongi nodded. "Okay... why not just ask someone out? Like for real?" He asked.

Jungkook pouted more. "Yeah... I've tried that... none of them trust me cause of the rumor." Jungkook said.

Yoongi kept quiet as he thought for a moment. "Okay... final question... why me?" He asked.

Jungkook smiled. "You're cute, sweet, I think I heard you were into guys... and I don't think you'd catch feelings."

Yoongi almost laughed at loud at Jungkook's last statement. If he only knew just how Yoongi actually felt, he wouldn't be asking him. "Umm... I... guess so?" Yoongi said.

Jungkook's eyebrows raised. "Seriously?!" He asked.

As Yoongi nodded, Jungkook jumped up with excitement. "Great! We definitely have things to hash out. We're gonna need pictures together-" Jungkook said before he pointed to where the picture of himself was hanging on Yoongi's wall. "You're gonna need more pictures of me and I need pictures of you. Oh! I need your number." Jungkook said as he pulled his phone out and handed it to Yoongi.

Yoongi put his name and number in before handing it back. Jungkook hesitated to save it as he looked at Yoongi's name. "I feel like I should put it under a nick name... or maybe I should just put babe or baby." Jungkook said to himself before he typed in my baby❤️‍🔥.

"Okay! I will see you tomorrow, meet me in the parking lot an hour before school starts so we can walk in as a couple." Jungkook said as he walked over and moved the piece of paper off his picture before he and Yoongi left Yoongi's room.
