Damaged Heart

Chapter 2

- Karakura Town 8 am -

Soifon woke up early, mostly because she had to make herself somewhat presentable to Yoruichi. Currently, soifon was lying down on the floor with her head on her backpack. She sat up and immediately grabbed her phone. She texted Isane.

'Hey Isane, can I come over to take a shower? I've got something big happening today.'

'Job interview. :)' Isane replied

'I'll explain when I come over."

'Alright, come on over.' Isane replied

Soifon pocketed her phone before standing up. She grabbed her backpack and walked out of the shed she was staying in. Soifon continued walking for about twenty minutes before she made it to Isanes' apartment. She walked up to the door and knocked on it. A few seconds later, the door opened.

"Hey, Soifon, come on in." Isane stepped aside to let Soifon inside.

Soifon nodded, taking her shoes off before walking inside Isanes apartment.

"So, want to tell me what this important thing is about?" Isane said. She closed the door and went over to Soifon

Soifon was opening her backpack,  grabbing one of the outfits she had inside. "I have a date today.." Soifon replied, blushing.

"Oh, I'm happy to hear that. What's her name?" Isane asked

"Yoruichi Shihoin."

"Wait as in thee Yoruichi Shihoin, the daughter of Yoshiki Shihoin. Heir to her fathers company but decided to follow her own path? That Yoruichi Shihoin?" Isane said, stunned

"Uhh, I guess, I don't know. She didn't mention her family to me. I just know she has purple hair and was extremely talkative." Soifin replied, shrugging

"Yeah, that's her, so how are you feeling?"

"Fine, I guess it's just a simple meet-up. I'm still wary of her. She was honest with me, though. She told me she did sleep around, but not a lot. She also said she wanted to commit to me, but you know my hesitancy with that Isane. I want to try this, I just hope I won't be disappointed." Soifon said truthfully

Isane had a soft smile on her face. "Well, it's nice to hear you're giving this a chance. I wish you the best."

"Thanks, Isane, and hey... do you think you could help me find a job? If I'm going to give this a shot, I'd like to have a chance to take Yoruichi out on dates, too." Soifon had gathered her clothes before walking towards the bathroom

"Yeah, of course, let's worry about that later. For now, go get cleaned up for your date." Isane said before walking to her bedroom

Soifon nodded and closed the door to the bathroom behind her. She stripped down from her clothes and undergarments. She stepped into the shower, turning the hot water on. She began to wash her hair and body. Twenty minutes later, she walked out of the shower. She put on yellow boxers and a black bra, then she put on light blue jeans that were baggy at the knee. A yellow t-shirt that had 'Rad' written in black letters. And her black jacket. Using her toothbrush and toothpaste, she brushed her teeth. Once she was finished, she dried her hair and combed it down to her signature style. She cleaned up in the bathroom, opened the door, and she walked out.

"Alright, Isane, I'm going to go now. Thank you again for the talk and for letting me shower." Soifon walked towards the door

Isane stepped out of her bedroom. "It's no trouble, I'll text you a list of jobs I find. And we can look over another day, ok?"

Soifon nodded. She kneeled down to put on her shoes. "Okay, thanks again, see ya.... actually. Could you possibly drive me to Yoruichis house? I don't want to show up to her place all sweaty." Soifon stood up, sighing
