The summer heat
Encases me
Kissing my skin
With droplets of sweat
While the light breeze
Cools me off
Trying to keep the burning heat
And me apart...
Though I like it ...
For it reminds me
Of the long nights
Spent in your embrace
Firm yet filled with warmth...
Your arms were my sanctuary
Taming my demons
And igniting the stars
Roaming in my soul.....
How I miss that sanctuary
With the musky scent
And the light finding its way
To kiss the darkness
Like you have done with me....
I remember counting
Every little mole
Until that sanctuary
Caused me utter bliss
And torture through tickles
And sweet caresses...
So I wait here
For you to return
And this time
I would show you
The healing power
Of my hands
Like you have done
With me...
