After shaking off the effects of last night's drinking, I prepared myself and dressed in a comfy sweatsuit. I forgot my bag at the stadium when my dad was fighting, he's there right now so im picking it up quickly.I start the enige of my dark green Mercedes CLS and drive to the stadium. I walk in and spot my bag and when i want to walk out i hear a low voice yell:
"Jada, meet the crew I've been training. You know, passing on the family legacy!"
I quickly throw my hair out of my ponytail and walk towards my dad and the fighters.
As he introduced each fighter, I shake them all a hand. "Adam, Chris, Yasheen, Noah, Harry and.." They were all good looking and looked strong. My eyes scanned the group until they settled on one particular individual – a figure with a familiar intensity. When my dad said the name "Bach," recognition hit me like a punch to the gut. It was him, the guy from yesterday, the one who got me so drunk.
Caught off guard, I tried to maintain my composure, but my eyes betrayed my surprise. Bach, however, met my gaze with a smirk, as if he could sense the shock coursing through me.
It was a look that spoke volumes, a silent acknowledgment of the unexpected connection between us.
Internally, a whirlwind of emotions surged through me – confusion, curiosity, and a hint of something I couldn't quite put into words.
The stadium, once a familiar place, now felt charged with a different kind of energy. As I navigated through the introductions, the realization that Bach, the mysterious figure from the club, was now part of my dad's boxing crew left me with a strange and stressful feeling. Little did my dad know what we did.
"Their first real fights are in Austria next week, you can come if you want. We still need a performer so ask if Gael wants to bring Central Cee, please" My dad says
I smile at my dad and walk towards the toilet.
The bathroom offered a momentary rest from the gym's buzzing energy. I leaned against the cool surface of the bathroom counter, trying to make sense of what just happened. Bach's unexpected presence in my dad's training crew left me feeling a strange feeling of stress and shock.
As I hid away, I felt the familiar vibration of my phone in my pocket. Glancing at the screen, I saw a text from a contact named "Guy from DaClub" A shiver ran down my spine, and I hesitated for a moment before opening the message.
"What a coincidence, huh?"
I stared at the words, my mind racing with questions. How did he find out? Did he know he was making out with his trainers daughter? He must have, i'm literally famous.
Taking a deep breath, I composed a reply.
"Did u know????"
The three dots on the screen indicated he was typing, and I couldn't help but feel a wave of curiosity.
"Ofcourse i knew" He replies
"And you didnt mind telling me?" I text
"Why? ahaha, you can come to my crib later today" he replies
I left him on read, what does he think? Im not some type of escort.
