I wake up doing all sorts of moves with my body to get the kinks out and wake myself up

I take my arm, and I lift it up, and I lift my leg up as well, and I grab my foot, lifting my leg up straight

I'm pretty flexible, so it wasn't too hard, and it dosent hurt as much as it used to back then

I've had plenty more pain, and I've done it so many times it's normal now

"Dice....?" The devil yawns

"Oh! Good morning, devy!" I say excitedly

Today is the day I get to claim those kids as my own if they agree I wouldn't force them to waltz themselves into the family that would be considered kidnapping and I don't need to be locked up in jail I've gotten used to the luxury life already

And I don't think my ass would survive in jail. I mean, my old life wasn't too much different

I sit on the ground, and I do a backbend to crack my back and feel a little better

"Why are you doing a back bend on the ground?" He asks lazily

"To stretch myself, of course!" I say with a smile

I get up and shake it off, and cuphead and mugman are up

"Good morning, you two! Why are you two up so early?" I ask

It is 8:30 am and they don't have school and they can sleep in

"It's late in the morning," Cuphead says

What time do these boys normally wake up? It's rather early to be nothing but playing, shouldn't they?

I mean, they are orphans, I could tell because I saw them crawl out of the orphanage, and the clothes they wore weren't looking the best or too good

"Darling, it is 8:30am, and you should be sleeping in," I say with a slight chuckle

"Me and mugs usually wake up at 5:00am to get our day started and bedtime is at 9:00pm," cuphead said

"Oh dear, you two are up for so long! It's not good for your health. " I say

These children shouldn't be up for so long. What about nap time or anytime for a break? I must teach those people there how to parent

I never learned how to parent, but I know enough, and I don't know it might just be some parental instincts because what my past was like

"I'll have the servants cook for you. What would you like?" I ask with a smile

"Servants?" Cuphead and mugman ask at the same time

"Those are the imps scattered around this place. They clean and cook and do anything you ask." I say

"Oh wow..... we always had to do everything ourselves," cuphead said

I gasp using my hand to cover my mouth. These children should have the world handed to them! They shouldn't be working they should be learning and having fun like other kids

"Well, don't worry about working anymore because we have servants who serve you two munchkins," I say, tickling them

Both of them begin to giggle, and I see dev smiling while sitting on the bed leaning on the bed frame hands behind his back

"Are you ticklish devy~?" I ask

"N-no!" The devil stammers

I grin, and I pounce on top of him, tickling him, and his laughter roars through the whole room

"I guess the furball is really ticklish." I smirk

"I wonder if dice is ticklish mugsy," cuphead said

I turned to him, and I blinked twice, looking around the room, trying to find a route out of here

I stopped tickling devy while scanning the room

"I do wonder as well, boys. Is dicey ticklish~?" The devil purrs

Oh shit. He is way bigger than me, and if I get caught, it's over.

He crawls off the bed, and he stands right in front of me with the boys beside him

I make a mental coutdown while taking a deep breath because I know running around this palace is not going to be easy

3..2...1 Go!

I turn the knob as fast as I can, and I dash while looking behind me

And as expected, the boys and the devil are after me

Except little mugman is sitting on top of the Devil's horns since he can't really run fast

Unholy Satan cuphead is fast, and the devil as well

But im faster.

"Why are you running dice~" the devil smirked

I kept running until I went into the throne room crawling under the throne

I'm small enough anyway, and the throne is pretty big

I heard footsteps coming towards the throne....

Someone peeked under, and they were green..??

I'm not worried about that right now. I'm worried about this person who found me

Who wasn't in the palace before...

They yanked me from unde the throne by my shirt and looked me dead in the eyes with a grin

"I'm Satan. But you'll be calling me master after im done."

"Wait, wait, wait! Devil, help me!" I cried out

He covered my mouth with his hand and teleported me to the wrath ring

"He stole so many souls from me. So I'll take his boy toy and see how HE LIKES IT, " he growled

Oh boy. I'm trapped with an angry man, and he's the embodiment of wrath

I'm about to die here.
