April 2023 at night. Charlie was in his bed, using his phone, while his daughter slept.

He was checking the comments of the last video he had uploaded to TikTok, where his daughter appeared with the "Everybody told me that I sound like CG5" audio.

The video was basically Y/N looking at the camera, above her was a text that said "Everybody told me that I sound like CG5... Probably because I am his daughter-"

Charlie felt very proud of what he was achieving at that moment, he had created a trend on TikTok and his audience seemed to have increased quite a bit...

He was also happy to see so many comments saying positive things about his video... But it's not all butterflies and happiness...

Among all those comments, there was one that said a very specific and hurtful thing:

"I want to f*cking kill her."

Charlie was disgusted, what was the need to say that horrible thing?

Of course, the answer was obvious: Hurt.

Well you see, since Charlie had become more known on TikTok, many people began to pay more attention to the songs he made...

...And among them was Only In Ohio.

Yep, a lot of people started saying that he had "ruined" the meme and even "killed it"... Of course, this didn't make any sense.

Anyway, Charlie turned off the phone, and closed his eyes to sleep, but the "threat" left him thinking...

He couldn't imagine such a cruel fate for his daughter, well, actually he did, and that was the bad thing... he couldn't get the image of his dead daughter out of his head...

And what would he, a single father who tried too hard to make his daughter feel comfortable with him, do now that she was dead?

And what would he, a guy who had no idea about parenting but still agreed to take care of that little girl, do now that his daughter wasn't with him anymore?

"You're overthinking again, just close your eyes and sleep..."

And with that thought, Charlie closed his eyes again, but he did not fall asleep, instead he continued to overthink and torment his mind with what he would do if his daughter died...

What seemed like minutes turned into hours, until Y/N's sweet voice woke him up.

"Dad?" she called him, and he opened his eyes almost immediately...

"I-I'm awake! Yeah, I'm awake... Yes, yes..."

"Are you okay? You're sweating a lot..."

"Am I?" Charlie checked his hands and his face and sure enough, he was sweating like it was the hottest day in Arizona "Oh... It's nothing, I'm just hot..."
