Pulling up with his parents at his uncle's and aunt's house, he was met with a long line of cars on their garden.
Meaning that almost the whole family was there.
Although Jake loves his family with all his heart, he couldn't deny that he disliked one thing about them :their Nosiness, they wanted to know EVERYTHING about him.
And they sometimes even ask things that they shouldn't.
"𝐉𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐡"his father said signalling him to be calm.
" 𝐲𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐞𝐬 𝐈 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐚𝐝"Jake said.
Opening the door of the house,they we're greeted bij children running around, teenage boys on the couch playing games on the tv, women cooking and men grilling outside.
"𝐀𝐚𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐮𝐲'𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐭"a familiar voice said.
Ah yes the woman who greeted them at the door was Jake's least favorite aunt.
The woman was the nosiest of them all.
" 𝐲𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐜 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐝, 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠"his mom said while smiling at his aunt.
"𝐉𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐞𝐞.... 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐮𝐩 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡.. " his uncle suddenly said coming out of nowhere.
"𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐲𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲" His aunt responded.
"𝐇𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫" His aunt continued.
"𝐈𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐉𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐲" his aunt smiled.
He cringed at the nickname.

And what's with the "he grew up so much" when they literally saw me last weekend at the grocery store.
Regardless Jake put on a fake smile.

Sitting with his other cousins, playing games , was his favorite part of the family gathering.
The boys we're alright, he loves them.
But not their parents oh no no.
Well not all of them we're bad..... He still liked his uncle Fred, aunt Lisa, grandpa John and his grandma who sadly passed away 2 years ago, but still loved dearly.
"𝐊𝐢𝐝𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲!!!"
They all stood up and went to the backyard.
Where all the family was gathered.
After a little toast from his uncle they began eating.
While eating they also started a conversation with each other.
Jake was happily eating when all of the sudden, the conversation suddenly went about him.

That was it... That was all to make Jake fume out of anger.
But he prevented himself from saying anything rude or mean.
Instead he just asked to be dissmissed, cause he wanted to go to the toilet to " Pee".
Walking inside Jake's eyes started fuming again with anger.
He sprinted to the bathroom.
Locking the door and landing a punch at the wall.
He suddenly began to breakdown.

Jake thought while calming down.
After washing his face he went outside again acting like he didn't just cry.
