In the empire call yokohama there are two guild that has big influence in the empire one call armed detective agency and the other one call port mafia
The influence that both guild has big enough to the point even the emperor himself can intervent with their business but one there problem that the emperor has to handle between the guilds
That was both guild keep fighting each other that cause harm to empire. even though their already help the empire so much in war,politic,slavery and other things but the fight between the two guilds is too much for the empire
In order to settle the problem the emperor invite both guild to a party to more precisely masked party to avoid a fight from the guild member
ADA pov:
Fukuzawa: As i already inform you guys the we are invited to the emperor party and the theme party is masked one so for today all of you job done better prepare some dress and suit for you guys to wear that all dismisses
ADA: yes leader
Atsushi: I think i just wear my uniform for the party
Naomi: Don't you wanna try to wear dress this time atsushi you always wear you're uniform
Atsushi: No thanks naomi i think i just gonna wear that uniform
Naomi: Ehhh! Come on lets try some dress pleasee!
Dazai: That right atsushi the emperor might think you be rude if you wear a soldier uniform to the party thinking that the royal guard not enough to protect the royal family~~
Atsushi: Ehhhhh! I don't want mean like that i just feel like more comfortable in uniform than dress cause it more easy to move
Dazai: But if the emperor think bad of you that could cause a problem for our guild don't you think~~
Atsushi: If i wear dress so that our guild don't get into problem than i wear a dress then
Naomi: YEAH! Do you want to help you with the dress!
Atsushi: Sure naomi since i don't really know how to pick a suitable dress to wear, what about you kyouka wanna join us
Kyouka: Sure i too didn't know to pick dress since all the dress i wear before was pick naomi
Naomi: Yeah! Its a girl shopping trip then! Since the party in two days what about tomorrow we go to the shopping district then
A&K: Sure
Port mafia pov:
Mori: That all you guys can go and prepare youself i'm going to go and buy some dress for elise~~~
PM: yes boss
Tachihara: Haaa so we are going to a masked party that host by the emperor of course this one can be refuse right?
Kyouyo: you seem to be unhappy about it tachihara
Tachihara: Of course i don't really like going to a party since they are really annoying to talk with
Kyouyo: That true but since its the emperor we can't refuse it
Tachihara: That what i mean but someone seem more pissed than me don't you think so lady chuuya
Chuuya: shut up tachihara! If we were invited to the aren't the ADA also invited!
Tachihara: yeah so aren't we always meet them at other party sometime
Chuuya: but this time is different he going to be there that means there no ways for me to avoid him!

Kyouyo: Dazai osamu he and chuuya know each other for a long time so he always annoys her

Kyouyo: i don't worry about that since its the emperor party and boss order he has no choice but to go the party
