I walked away from the lunch line, with a tray filled with food in my hands. I was looking around at the tables to find where everyone went, but a big shadow came into my view. It was the new guy. He had his headphones hanging around his neck, lunch tray in his hands, and a big smile across his face. My eyes had a mind of its own and slowly started checking him out. Right before they got any lower, he cleared his throat, "Hey." My eyes flicked back to his and I felt my face immediately start heating up from the look he was giving me. I awkwardly smiled, "Hi." His smile got brighter, "Wanna eat with me?" He motioned to his lunch tray, patiently waiting for my answer. "Well, I'm looking for my friends..." I saw his smile slowly fading away. Oh, why not?

"But...I guess I could eat with you until I find them." I added, his smile got even brighter than it was before, small dimples peeking out. He started walking toward an empty round table, sat down, and immediately picked up his chopsticks and started eating. I hadn't even sat down yet and here he was, stuffing his face. Cute. I quickly shook my head. No, I don't even know this guy! I finally sat down, picking up my spoon to get some rice. He looked up at me and put his utensils down, finishing his bite. He grabbed a water bottle he had next to his tray. He twisted the lid off and started gulping it down. I couldn't help but stare at the sight of his adams apple bobbing up and down every sip he took.

He brought the water bottle down and cleared his throat, making me look at his face which was flushed with a light pink. He cleared his throat again and rubbed the back of his neck, twisting the lid back on with his other hand. "So, uh, I just wanted to thank you, for earlier..." He started. I put my spoon down, staring at him confused. "Thank me for what?" He swallowed down a bite of food. "You know...telling your friend off and letting me stay in the seat. I thought it was cool of you." He shrugged, bringing more rice to his mouth.

I smiled, "Oh, that? That was nothing. I would gladly tell Innie off, even without a reason." He laughed, hand shooting up to cover his food-stuffed mouth. I giggled and started eating again. We talked for a little and I figured out that he had just moved here, from Yongin, to Seoul. He was really funny, he made these small cheesy puns every now and then, which I laughed at. We ate and talked for a while, and I guess it was more than a while because when I looked up at the clock, I jumped up from my chair, "Shit! Lunch is over in five minutes?!" He jumped at my sudden action, choking on his food. I looked down at him, shocked, and got a hold of his water to give to him. He had reached for it at the same time, his soft hand now on top of mine.

I quickly pulled away, apologizing, looking down at my feet. Idiot. He awkwardly took the lid off, while coughing, and gulped the water down. I heard a small voice call my name, we both looked over to where it came from. It was Jeongin, he was walking toward us with Chris, who was smiling at me. They reached the table and Jeongin glanced between Changbin and I. Changbin swallowed the rest of his water, staring right back at Jeongin. "What are you doing with this guy?" Jeongin asked, looking Changbin up and down. I shrugged, "You guys weren't here, he was." Jeongin scoffed, "I said to meet at our usual spot! The spot from last year..." I started thinking back to where that spot was. Oh, that spot.

Jeongin, Jisung, Seungmin, and I used to hang out on the bleachers outside during lunch and breaks. I looked up at Jeongin with a sorry look in my eyes. He just shook his head, "Whatever. We should probably head back to class." Jeongin frowned at the thought of class again. Then I noticed the other two were missing. "Where's my brother and Jisung?"

"Oh, they went back to cla-" Chris was interrupted by Changbin, "You have a brother?" We all looked at him, now standing up, and gathering his trash. Jeongin nodded, "Yes...What's it to you?" I shoved my elbow into his side, he shouted in pain and glared at me. "What Innie meant to say was, yes. My brother was the one who called you glasses earlier." Changbin slowly nodded his head, understanding.

"Anyway, they're already in class, so let's go." Jeongin took my lunch tray from the table and threw it away for me. I grabbed my backpack and started walking toward Jeongin, but Changbin stopped me. Chris and I both turned to look at him, "Is he your boyfriend?" Chris chuckled, "Yeah, right. Jias? Boyfriend? Very funny." Changbin just stared at him. Chris sighed, took a glance at me, then walked away. "He isn't. Why do you ask?" I answered. He just shrugged his shoulders, "I don't know, he just acts like it, I guess." He put his headphones back on, "See you in class." Jeongin skipped back to me and linked our arms together, "What's up with that guy?" I shrugged my shoulders and walked back to class with Jeongin.

When we got back into the classroom, Chris was already sitting there on his phone while Minho was also seated, talking with Chris, with Jisung in his lap. Changbin was in the front of the class, writing something on the board. Jeongin and I started walking to our desks when someone came in between us. I froze. It was her. The girl from my dream this morning.

I shuddered a low breath out and tightened my hold on Jeongin. He noticed that and put his hand on mine, "What do you want, Julia?" He asked in a stern voice. I never hear Jeongin talk like that. Except for when he's really angry or upset, like right now, but it's very rare coming from him. His tone got other people's attention. Chris, Minho, and Jisung all looked up to where we were standing. Minho immediately got up from his seat, Jisung slipping off his thighs but getting caught by Minho's hand on his waist. Minho put his foot down to walk towards me but stopped when Julia said, "To see my Jia, of course." I absolutely hated the way she said my name. I wanted to slap her across the face for even using my name in her dirty mouth but at the same time, I wanted to curl up and hide in the corner. Changbin stopped writing and looked over at us at the mention of my name.

"She isn't yours. Now, move, you're in the way." Jeongin was about to force his way through but Hyunjin walked in and saw what was happening. He had his long hair down, unlike his usual ponytail style, and a coffee milk in his hand, "What's going on?" We all turned to look at him, he looked confused and shocked by what was happening. "Jia? You're in this class?" I slowly looked up at him, he was smiling now that he saw me. We hadn't seen each other since last year's end-of-the-year party at Chris and Felixs house. Where I walked in on them, again, in the bathroom. I don't think they noticed me though, because they didn't stop...

Hyunjin looked at Julia, then back at me, then Jeongins face, then my brother. Eyebrows furrowed, he lightly chuckled, "Guys, come on. What's with all the angry faces?" He took Julia by the arm and brought them to their desks. He sat back down in their seats, starting a conversation with Julia. Minho didn't hold back this time and rushed over to me with Jisung right behind him. He took my small face in his hands and looked back and forth between my eyes, with the most scared look on his face. Jisung, still behind him, looked just as confused as Hyunjin did. Jeongin had his hand on my back, slowly caressing it, and my brother pulled me into a hug, "It's okay if you need to let it all out. Do it, Jia, let it all out. I'm right here."

I smiled and held back the tears that wanted so desperately to fall. I softly pushed him away and saw his scared look again, "Minho, I'm okay." I know he didn't believe me, but I took his hands off my shoulders and put them into Jisung's hands. He didn't fight that, but was still staring at me with that look. I looked at Jisung, then Chris who was also standing up with a concerned face, then Jeongin, and then back at my brother. "Guys, really." I laughed, "It's okay, I am okay." I pulled my chair out and sat down, Jeongin hesitantly went to his seat and immediately burned holes into the back of Julias head. Minho and Jisung went back to their seats too. Jisung was asking Minho about what just happened, but he just told him not to worry. He kissed his pouting lips, ruffled his hair, then gently pushed Jisung into his chair and went to his own. Changbin was still staring at me, but when we met eyes he looked back to the whiteboard and continued writing.
