I pulled in to my drive way to see my mom on the phone. "Lillian, I'm going to be leaving soon but you brother will check on you tonight," my mom said not looking up from her phone. "Okay," I said running to my room. I searched my closet searching for the perfect outfit. "Max?" I said looking out my window. She pointed to open the window. "What are you doing here?" I said pretty loud. "I'm here to help you find something to wear. And that honey looks like you would wear at funeral," Max said going through my closet. "Well thanks," I mumble. In close to thirty minutes we found a short dress with some red heels. "Max I look like a s***" I yell across the room. "No you look amazing," she said the with a big smile. "Let's go people!" Harper yelled through the window. "Does anyone use my front door anymore?" I say laughing. "Are you sure you want to do
these Lily? You know Sam is going to be here right?" Max said with a worried look. "Yes I'm sure!" I snap back. "You know that you two never really broke up right? I mean technically," Harper said softly. "Yeah but-" I start to say. "Well why don't you make out with someone? I mean he did that to you," Harper said excited. "Yes you should do it Lily. Show that d**** a lesson!" Max said opening the door. "And let the fun begin," I said with a long breath.
