Jimin's POV

I'm so thankful to Y/N for saving me. She saved me from the hands of death. As soon as we entered the mansion, I found Jungkook's father looking at us, anger prominent in his eyes.

"WHO ASKED YOU TO INTERFERE IN OUR MISSION?" He yelled at Y/N and then glared at me. "Can't you handle a mission properly?" He asked me when I found Jungkook standing near his room upstairs. He quickly came down and tried to calm his father down by holding his hand and pulling him back.

"Get off me Jungkook!" Saying this he yanked Jungkook's hand and approached Y/N and held fistfuls of her hairs making her groan in pain. "What do you think you are? Are you a mafia? Are you a cop? You are here as Jungkook's wife, so behave like one!"

Y/N jerked Jaeun's hands away as soon as she realized that he was hurting her. She grabbed his collar and said, "Remember Mr. Jaeun, I can be your son's wife but I'm not a SLAVE. You did not buy me so you don't get to question what I do or not. And if my husband is sick, I need to protect him, that's my duty. So you are no one to control my course of actions! DO YOU REMEMBER THAT?"

Saying this, she pushed Jungkook's father, throwing him to the ground. Jungkook and I tried to pull Y/N out of this argument. But both being stubborn, did not want to pause the quarrel. Suddenly Jungkook picked Y/N up in his arms and ran upstairs. Using this opportunity, I went upstairs along with them leaving Jungkook's father on the floor.

Jungkook's father, Jaeun gritted his teeth and yelled, "I'll get my revenge Y/N, don't forget that after all you are married in the Jeon clan and I will definitely show you what Jeon Jaeun can do."

Jungkook's POV

Y/N was about to talk back to my father when I covered her mouth with my palm to stop her from answering. She looked at me, surprised. I removed my palm and looked at her, "Thank you!" I said, "for helping Jimin!" She smiled at me and asked me, "How do you feel now?"

I looked into her eyes and said, "My body pained before you came but now it's all fine, I suppose. Your savageness was definitely a medication for my body ache!" I winked at her.

She slapped my arms slightly and rolled her eyes. I saw her ears getting red. Was she blushing?

Y/N's POV

Jungkook and Jimin seemed different, at least different from the coward jerk, Jeon Jaeun. I entered the washroom but I started blushing vigorously. Why?

"Do I like Jungkook? Does his words or actions fluster me?" I questioned myself but quickly shook off the thoughts as I was scared to love, scared to fall for a person again. "What if he betrays me? What if he leaves me just like my father did with my mother?"

Jungkook knocked at the door and said, "Y/N, your phone is ringing!"

I asked Jungkook to answer the phone call.

Jungkook's POV

I picked up the call. As soon as I was about to answer the call, I heard from the other side. "This is Agent R speaking!" As soon as I said "Hello", the person disconnected the call.

"Who was it, Jungkook?" Y/N asked as she came out of the washroom.

"Who is Agent R, Y/N?" I asked. I saw Y/N's face turn pale as soon as she heard the question.
