Sitting in the grand hall I ate slowly trying to focus on anything but the looks I was getting and the messed up dream I had last night.
Hearing and feeling someone sit next to me made me jump.
"Y/N?" Asks, someone making me look up to see the twins and Ron.
"Blood hell you look like crap." Ron says, making me glare at him.
"Easy Y/N. Did you get any sleep last night?" Asked one of the twins.
"Umm an hour or two I think." I say my head throbbing from the lack of sleep.
"What kept you awake?" Ron asks, picking at his food something he only did when he was nervous.
"Why are you being nice to me? I thought you were mad at me."
"Oh I am. But Fred made a good point that I should get the full story before I decide what I want to do. Though I think Harry has made up his mind."
"Well he and Draco have been at each other's throats since they were eleven. Hate that old is hard to bury."
"Do you really like him?" Ron asks, shocking me but the softness in his voice.
He didn't seem sad or upset just calm like he was trying to figure it out.
"I don't know... Like I said, it's complicated. I don't think it's the fact I like him, it's this stupid bet that has me all messed up."
"What bet?" All three Weasleys say at the same time.
Sighing I just decided to tell them why hide it.
"You know the other night when I went with Harry to prank Draco?" I ask, earning a nod from Ron.
"Well I got caught and long story short I made a bet that I could get Draco to fall in love or at least like a mud blood like me." I say shrugging pushing the food around on my plate.
"Well why didn't you say anything." Ron says, loudly making me look up to see him grinning.
"How perfect is this. It's the best way to get back at Malfoy for everything he has done to us."
"What are you talking about?"
"I'm talking about you winning this bet and breaking his heart."
"I don't think that's a good idea." I say, the twins agreeing with me.
"Trust me it will be. I'm gonna go tell-." I cut him off by grabbing him before he finished standing up.
"You are not going to tell anyone. It's my problem. I'm not making some plan to hurt anyone, even Malfoy. Sit down and eat your food before we have to get to class." I say tugging him down.
"Fine. Have it your way." He says grumbly returning to his food.
I walked out of defense against the dark arts class without looking, trying to stuff my notes in the book when someone bumped into me. I jump looking up to see Luna.
"I'm sorry. It seems we keep getting in each other's way."
"Seems so. Are you okay?" I ask knowing she ran into me but Luna was too kind to be mean or rude to.
"I'm fine. I have to go now." She says, walking past me making me shake my head.
'She's an odd one.' I think to myself walking outside.
Seeing Ron, and Harry in front of me I walk up to them only to have Harry walk off.
"He's still mad?"
"Yeah. I told him about the bet but he won't change his mind."
"Of course not. Want to walk to Hagrid's with me?"
