Marley changed to a more appropriate attire, after changing she opened the door only to be greeted by a man.

"Ah! Hello, miss Marley!"

"...How do you know my name?."

"Oh!, Please don't misunderstand or anything, I really just asked around the village near your house"

"Ok then. State your purpose"

"Oh well, that was fast....Ahem...I, Lucas the great hero of-"

"Just get to the point will you?"

"Such arrogance from a commoner like you, do you know what'll happen if you talk back to royalty?!"

"Ok Ophelia, that's enough.."

The hero tried to calm his subordinate down

As the two were talking another girl walked up to Marley

"Miss Marley, my name is Mika, you might have heard of me from pastor raynold?"

"Oh that old man, I haven't heard about him for a while now. Would you like to come in?"

"Gladly."

"Thank you for letting us in!"

"I'll dismiss your actions for now. Commoner."

Marley offered them seats to sit on, and gave them tea

"Now that everyone is comfortable, tell me. Why did you come here?."

The atmosphere suddenly got tense,
The hero sips on his tea and answers Marley calmly

"We're here to recruit you to our guild"

" And what gives you the confidence, to think I'd join"

"I just have this gut feeling that you'd want to join"

"Ha?, who in the world relies on gut feeling nowadays?"

"I do."

"No. I'm not joining."

the hero was silent, he didn't think this far, and now he's out of ideas on how to convince marley

"I have an offer you won't turn down."

The priestess broke the silence, the hero looked at her. Silently saying thank you

The priestess gave Marley a book

"You think a mere book will get me to join your guil-"

"This isn't fake.. just how did you get this?"

" I know the author in a personal level, now then will you join our guild or not?"

Marley immediately, without hesitation, shook the priestess's hand

"I'm only doing this for the book and nothing else."

"Understood, well then miss Marley, welcome to the crestelia guild"

"Welcome!"

The still annoyed but silent princess said welcome in a very annoyed tone and manner.
