He has turned his back, abandoning everything for a self-fulfilling prophecy he never truly believed in. The loss of perspective strikes deeply, especially at an age when the mind is a blank canvas, so easily preyed upon and tainted by the shadows cast by the vilest among God's creatures.

Geto Suguru was both perpetrator and victim, a paradox of sinner and saint. The blood on his calloused fingers sang of vengeance and retribution, a symbol of defilement to the ones he left behind and purification to those who found refuge in his new-found sainthood.

Among his followers, she stood out, enchanting him with her liberating spirit and unshakable belief in him. His heart, blackened by the sins of youth, found solace in her profound devotion—a devotion so powerful it could purify the devil himself and baptize him in the light of her holy radiance. And he worships her with every fiber of his being, finding refuge and peace in between her arms, for she is holy to him, like the Sistine Chapel to saints of a foreign religion.

Tsukasa Nao, long deemed the family disappointment, had lived in the shadow of her elder sister since birth. With her inherited technique manifesting late, not until the age of thirteen, she couldn't compare to her, whose talent and intelligence destined her for the position of clan head. Yet, Nao never envied her sister's advantages. Her sole desire was to cleanse her family's name, to purge it of the sins and ancient curses that clung to it through the centuries.

In his arms, however, Nao discovered a new purpose—a love so deep it transcended the boundaries of heaven and hell.
