There were creatures who looked like extinct dinosaurs underwater from my original world. As I was admiring as usual, I suddenly started to gasp for air, even though this is a magical world I am still a regular human being with a regular body who needs oxygen to survive. That's not the only problem I was facing, I also did not know how to swim. I remember my mother telling me that someday I would need to swim to survive one day. I always jokingly replied "what's the point of swimming when we can drive a boat". In the end I almost lost consciousness again for the second or the third time by drowning. But luckily I started to kick as fast as I could and tried swirling my hand like the wheels in the bus, round and round. In an attempt to survive. Somehow I reached the surface of the water, desperately I looked left and right, with a goal to find shore. Luckily, I spotted an island where I was able to see many cowboy looking houses a few meters away from me. As I was closing the distance between the looming island on the horizon, an eerie fog materialized seemingly out of nowhere, enveloping me in an impenetrable mist that disoriented my senses. The world blurred around me, and a sudden wave of dizziness overcame me, dragging me into unconsciousness. When I came back to my awareness, I found myself tightly bound by an otherworldly rope, its texture both unfamiliar and confounding. My surroundings had shifted, and I was now at the mercy of a motley crew of pirates. Their eyes, glinting with a mix of curiosity and menace. Curiosity, That I could be an enemy and could possibly be a threat to them, But after closely watching me they realized that I was too weak for that. They said that right to my face which was disrespectful and unpleasant. But honestly it is the least thing I should care about. The rope which they used to tie me up acted like the lasso of truth which wonder woman carries. The people who are tied up by the lasso, are not able to lie and could only speak of the truth. There were five chiefs in this town, only they were masters of magic. The regular people's magic was no match to the chiefs. One of the barriers was placed by one the chief who will be introduced later in the story. They started to interrogate me, about who I am and where I came from. I did not expect them to believe a word I was saying, And as I expected they did not. But lasso works all the time, leaving them with no recourse but to yield to the unwavering veracity of my words. After that they became more friendly and approachable, the quick change shocked me but I was happy that they did not kill me. That is when I realized how much they believe in magic. The pirates were really nice. Instead of being violent and arrogant they understood my situation and generously gave me a place to live. They also assigned a pirate to guide me through this town and share more about this world and the power system which is very complicated. The anticipation bubbled within me as I eagerly awaited the arrival of my guide, a formidable figure said to possess immense power and the ability to train even the most seasoned chiefs. My imagination ran wild with visions of the guide being buff, muscular and being a big unit so he could train me and sculpt me into a stronger person matching the chief one day to survive in this dangerous world.
