You were the sun and the stars and everything in between
And the little glisten that pulled on my heartstrings
When you winked at me with those beautiful blues
That leaked slowly, laying in the meadow
Red hues dripped slowly along my silver arm, like crimson tears,
The sun kissed me goodnight, and I slept.
With your summertime smile and freckles
Danced and danced, admired from a distance
