Whose line fic, because two of my friends got me so deep into the fandom. Hope you enjoy it :)
Still doing the other fandom too.

It was always their unsaid first rule: Don't work with children or man/woman child(ren); but if you do, don't let them out of your sight.

Ryan was wandering backstage when his eyes caught the back of a very nervous skinny man. Jeff's hands were playing with his suit's pockets, fidgeting around looking lost.

Ryan tried his soft voice,"You okay over there man?"
He liked the younger man the minute he started improvising, but off-camera and off-stage he was surprisingly all quiet and a bit shy.

Jeff's eyes snapped over to him, then smiled for his sake," Yeah, bit nervous" and shrugged.

Ryan walked over to him slowley and patted his shoulder once,"It'll be alright. Just have fun and don't mess with the censor."
He wasn't big on showing affection or giving advice type, but he tried his best to comfort the young man.

Jeff nodded gratefully and gave the older man a smile, deep down he was mostly nervous because of said man, and well, the rest of them. He wanted to impress them so bad he was worrying he couldn't do as good as his previous show. He was the new guy after all.

Sitting on his chair, Colin looked over at Ryan and slightly nodded toward his right,
"Keeping an eye on him, are we?"

Although like every other thing, Ryan didn't need actual words or gestures from Colin to communicate, he nodded and whispered, "Maybe. It's his second time taping. Thought he got over the nerves already."

The shorter man shrugged and turned toward the audience, "He's gonna be fine." Muttered the Canadian already sure of the outcome.

He was fine.

And managed to be funny as well.

After wrapping up the show that lasted a few more hours that it was supposed to be, Wayne caught Jeff in one of the guest's dressing rooms "We're going for a drink, wanna join?"

"Sure" what could be better than having a drink with guys, Jeff agreed happily.

After the third round of drinks and a tipsy Wayne, Jeff ordered a stronger one for himself. Their chat was mainly filled with Wayne's half made up stories about what happened to him due to his fame, or Colin's emotionless face telling them the most hilarious things which earned the older man couple of chuckles from Ryan.
Jeff was minding his own drink, engaging in talking when necessary when Wayne's attention focused on him, "I'm not boring you am I? You're being weirdly quiet"

He sat straight when all eyes were on him, "I'm good, enjoying my drink." He smiled looking at his glass. Maybe he was getting drunk after all. Eye contact wasn't hard when he was sober.

Sensing his misery Ryan came to his help, "Leave him alone, not everyone's as hyperactive as you."

Wayne giggled and got up to refill their glasses.

Green screen show, 2004

Colin was starting to get frustrated with all the jumping around and the three idiots being so loud, "Jeff, stop!" He tried so hard not to shout but didn't manage not to sound annoyed.

It had been a solid half an hour of Chip, Jonathan and Jeff role playing as some random Shakespear characters. While at the begining it was funny and impressive, after a certain amount of time it got on everyones nerves. And now Jeff was trying to use stools to make his 'castle'.
