So here we were , me sitting on the sofa in my room and dave on my bed .

" so er lexa what do u think about my offer "

I was still thinking about Tessa and what she said . I never thought she would say that to me just over a guy .

" umm lexa , are u listening to me ?"

" oh I'm sorry i was still thinking about it , i just don't know since tessa is really pissed at me and if she finds out we're dating , she might kill me "

" why would she be so pissed at you for dating ME , like I'm the most popular guy in school ."

" Well umm dave she really likes you but you cant tell her that I told you"

" OHH now it all makes sense " dave said laughing .

I was so mad at him for ruining my relationship with my best friend when suddenly the door bell rung .

Who could that be . I asked myself .

I went downstairs with and screamed at dave to come downstairs with me

" Jeez woman I'm coming , relax "

I opened the door and guess who i saw .
FREAKING TESSA

" hi lexa , before you kick me out i just wanted to say that I'm very sorry for how i acted earlier at school today . I was being such a brat over a guy that doesn't even likes me an- "

She suddenly stopped mid sentence and looked at the stairs .

" Who is it lexa " i heard dave say from behind me

" umm lexa what is dave doing at your house ?"

I was trying to make an excuse but perhaps it was too obvious that i was lying .

Tessa tried pushing me but dave caught her hand right in time .

" what is up with you woman trying to attack your best friend . Are u that insane "

Tessa was LIVID and tears were forming in her eyes and then she ran down the street.

" WHY DID U HAVE TO INTERFERE WITH MY CONVERSATION? "

" well she was being a total bitch , anyways lex what do you think about the offer "

Lex , no one ever gave me a nickname and I actually quite liked it despite the things that he said to tessa .

" I'm still thinking about it "

" Oh come on lex you know how sick my dad is and i just want to make him happy but dating a nice and pretty girl , even if its a fake relationship .

" pretty? " i asked him

" well yeah you are very pretty I'm not gonna lie " he said and i blushed a little bit at the compliment since no one ever gave me compliments over my looks .

" Fine but im only doing this cause of your dad . "

" Thank you so much lex " and he gave me a bear hug .

For context he is a 6,3 male , bulky and I'm 5,6 and pretty skinny for my age . We're both 17 and in our last year of school .

Suddenly, i had an idea . Tessa was also smart and very pretty,  I mean model pretty .

" BINGOO " I screamed with excitement

" what happened " a worried look on dave's face .

" how about you make tessa your fake girlfr-"
Before i could finish Dave screamed .

"NO "

" why not"

" Because she is err , err "  after a couple seconds of  thinking he said
" Beacause she is ugly and she is bitchy too and she complains a lot and she looses her temper fast "

None of these were true except the temper one .

" fine when are we meeting your dad"

" let's go now "

He held my wrist and pulled me downstairs and out of my house . On my way down I told him " WELL AT LEAST LET ME LOCK MY HOUSE MY MOM ISN'T HOME "

" oh sorry " he replied and all i could think about was how cute he looked .

I locked my house and walked over to his car when i saw it . It was a GOD DAMN ROLS ROYCE . I was flabbergasted , I knew he was rich but I didn't know he was THAT rich .

I went into his car and sat down

He sped down the street and i was screaming at him to slow down but he was just smirking at me and i thought to myself .
" what did i get myself into"

In Less that 4 minutes we reached dave' house

When i saw the size of his house my jaw dropped and then he slowly put a hand on my chin and lightly kissed me on the cheeks .

I was blushing like crazy .

Then he knocked on the door and it opened slowly .

Inside the floors were marbled and the house's theme was white and grey . It was a very fancy house and I saw a man on a wheelchair .

He looked pale and very weak and he was bald like he had cancer .

I greeted him nicely and introduced myself

"Hello mr. Smith nice to meet you I'm lexa , dave's girlfriend "

" oh hello Lexa and dave come inside , sorry I couldn't prepare dinner i didn't know that you guys were coming "

" dad you don't need to cook thats why we have Marisa , to cook and clean ."

While they were talking i was looking around the house wondering what i had got myself into . I really was going to regret saying yes to dave .
