LOCATION: Kyoto Japan, Abandoned Library 

YEAR: 2009

We find ourselves in an seemingly abandoned Library as something crashes through a bookshelf causing pieces of wood to fly everywhere. The screen then shows a man with snow-white hair, blindfolded and clad in dark clothes. He steps towards the mysterious figure who was still on the ground. 

????: You're supposed to be a special Grade? *Snickers* Your so weak.

 The figure shoots up and sends a punch at the man, who somehow teleports behind the creature. Turning around it sends a barrage of punches which are all blocked. The man then jumps back and holds up his left arm towards the creature. 

????: Cursed Technique Reversal: Red 

Suddenly a red ball of light manifests on the mans palm as he fires it towards the creature, effectively punching a hole through it's chest. 

????: As if that was a special grade. 

 *Crash* 

The man quickly turns around and see's a young boy, somewhere around the age of 6 or 7.

????: Oh? And how long have you been here?

 The young boy stiffens and steps back as the man steps towards him and stops, realizing that the boy is afraid of him. 

????: *Kneels down and removes his blindfold, revealing his bright blue eyes* My name is Satoru Gojo, what's yours? 

The young man now known as Satoru asked the young boy and waited patiently for the boy to respond. 

???: Y-Y/n...

Satoru: How old are you Y/n?

Y/n: 7

Satoru looks around at the slightly destroyed and rundown library, then looks back towards Y/n.

Satoru: Where do you live? Where are your parents?

Y/n: I don't remember my parents, I lived here ever since I could remember. 

Satoru: 'He's lived here for that long? How is he still alive?'  

Looking at the child he noticed he looked incredibly malnourished to the point you could see his bones. 

Satoru:  Hmm, Say, You hungry by any chance?

TIMESKIP: 10 MINUTES

LOCATION: LOCAL RAMEN RESTURANT

Y/n is shown to be eating Miso-Pork Ramen very aggressively as Satoru stares at him, thinking. 

Y/n: *Slurps up noodles* Why did you kill that guy?

Satoru:... What? 

Y/n: The guy who you were fighting. 

Satoru stares at the kid in surprise, before finally answering his question.

Satoru: The man I was fighting is called a Curse, Curses are born from the cursed energy that leaks out of us humans over time due to negative emotions. 

Y/n listens intently to Satoru as he processes the information given before asking a question. 

Y/n: What is Cursed energy? 

Satoru: Cursed energy is a power source aligned with negative emotions that curses and sorcerers, which is what I am, use to fuel our energy. 

Y/n: Is that how you used that Red thing?

Satoru: Yeah. 

Y/n then finishes his noodles as he looks up at Satoru, who looked lost in thought. 

Satoru: How would you like to stay with me?
