What can one say about Christmas? It's the most wonderful time of the year, which is a fact that's been rubbed into the dirt at this point in time. This was no different down in Tick Tock Town, as the Toons were getting ready for the big day. That ranged from hanging decorations throughout the countless streets, to caroling from house to house. Of course, to get this story in motion, we see 10 red letters going along the wind alongside the snowflakes, and while it seemed like they were just drifting aimlessly, they were actually heading to specific places. We start with one heading over to Breezy Street, where Dave was building a snowman replica of himself, to go along with the ones he made of Brad, Rachel and the rest of the Toon Crew. Let's check on his progress, shall we, folks?
"Almost done...there we go!" He said with a smile.
The bat smiled at his completed creation, but then noticed that something was missing.
"But where to get a nose?" He asked himself, looking down at the ground. "I already used all of the rocks I could find."
Dave gave it some thought, before coming up with an idea...that being peeling off his nose from his face like a sticker, before putting it on the snowman.
"Perfect." He said, drawing a new nose onto his face with a pencil.
Just then, one of the letters from earlier went right into his face.
"What the hay?" He exclaimed a bit out of confusion.
He took the letter off and looked it over before reading what was inside. When he was finished, a big grin grew on his face, knowing that he had to tell the others about this.
"They're gonna be pretty excited to hear about this!" said Dave.
So while he ran into his home, we follow another letter as it headed towards where our pal Brooklyn was. She was exiting a shop with two drinks in her gloved hands...and thankfully, neither of them were a macchiato.
"Believe me, I've learned my lesson, folks." The mouse said, her eyes on the camera for a moment.
That's when the letter blew onto her sweater, confusing her a bit. She sat on a nearby bench, placed the hot drinks down and opened the aforementioned letter. Just like Dave before her, when she got done reading it, a big smile grew on her face.
"I better get going, because Maddie's gonna be so excited to hear about this!" The brown-haired mouse said to herself.
And while Brooklyn began running back to her home, we then see another letter go by, this time in the direction of Shiner's Alley. There, Winter and Rose were the only Toons there since the others were out scamming suckers for their money. The cat and sugar glider were working together to make a batch of hot soup for them all to enjoy...and to help warm up against the cold day.
"Salt?" Winter said with her hand held out.
"Salt." Rose said back, placing a salt shaker in her friend's hand.
Salt was sprinkled into the soup.
"Pepper?" said Winter to Rose.
"Pepper." The sugar glider placed a pepper shaker into the cat's gloved hand.
Pepper was also sprinkled into the soup.
"And now to taste it." The little blue feline told her pal.
Winter took a spoonful and sipped it to savor the flavor in her mouth.
"Hmm...I like it and all, but a second opinion would be nice, Rose." She said.
Rose nodded and sampled the soup herself. After a couple of seconds of letting the taste linger in her mouth, she came to this verdict:
