3 weeks had passed stupidly quick. And due to my sisters coronation, we didn't have school for the rest of the week, and todays Wednesday! Weird day for a coronation in my opinion.

But missing school for the rest of the week? I'm not complaining.

It's now 6:30 p.m., I'm in my fancy suite looking as handsome as ever if I do say so myself.

It was almost time for the ball to start, the doors open at 7:00 p

It was almost time for the ball to start, the doors open at 7:00 p.m. sharp.

I glance outside my window, seeing all the lights from the horse carriages at the front gate waiting to enter.

All these princes here for my sisters hand in marriage, well my hand in marriage in a way.

I don't know why I gave in for the plan, I mean I'm smart enough to do my own homework. I'm not a bad student, I have good grades!

I guess most of me just wanted to help out my sister, she's obviously having a hard time with all of this just hitting her so fast.

I want to be there for her and protect her, I want to make sure the guy she's going to marry is a great guy that'll take care of her and respect her.

I want to be able to trust this stranger to protect my little sister as much as I do. Which is impossible, but that's why I think I'm doing this. To choose the perfect man for her. Someone I would like.

Out of no where, I hear the clock struck 7:00 p.m. and the hour bells ringing. All that thinking really caused my to loose track of time.

I hurry up the stairs to meet my sister and parents on the third floor, to wave down at our guest before my father makes his grand opening announcement.

Half an hour goes by, and it couldn't go any slower. This was so awkward just standing there for 30 minutes waiting for all kingdoms to arrive and claim a spot to stand.

I look around glancing at all the princes in the room and see what I'm working with, almost every prince is wearing the color Blue, which is the color my sister is going to wear.

Well what I'm going to wear.

As I look around looking at all the familiar faces, I make eye contact with these poisonous forest green eyes.

I stayed there looking at these eyes for a few seconds before I hear my father clap his hands. I jerked my head quickly looking at my father in surprise before looking back to see those eyes again.

But I couldn't find them anymore.

Without thinking too much about it, I listen to my fathers speech.

"Welcome lady's and gentlemen, princes and princess of all ages to Kingdom Glenmoore!"

A loud moment of cheer and clapping happens before my father continues.

"This evening is a very special evening for you all, and especially for my little princess, Princess Emily Derain!"
