Leos p.o.v
My eyes shot open to the sound of banging on my door. "Leo, wake up! Its almost noon." I heard what I figured was Raph shout. I looked up at my alarm clock. It reads 11:45. I groan and rolled myself out of bed. Wrapping myself in my warm blanket, I extended my arm out of it to grab a book that read "Journal."
I opened it up and grabbed the pencil that I stuck in it to save my place.
Dear me, I guess.
No one else is going to read this journal. I'm making sure of it, so I'm basically just writing to me, myself and I.
Raph just very rudely awoken me from my slumber. How am I possibly going to successfully be the face man of this team without my beauty rest?!
Anyway, a little bit ago, me and my bros went to go get pizza from this random place in the hidden city. It wasn't Huesos, sadly. We got this rabbit waiter. He said his name was Usagi... I think. He apparently explained that he was a samurai in training. I wasn't listening, though. Donnie had to re-explain it to me, but not without being called a few names.
I wanted to get his number, but my brothers we're around. I'm not exactly.. "out" to them yet. I don't think they'd judge me for it, I'm just not ready for it yet.
I love my family, I really do. I know they wouldn't do anything to hurt me, but im afraid they'll look at me differently. Its scary. I don't know how to explain it any differently than that.
Maybe I'll head back to the pizza place to try and get Usagis number in private so my brothers don't see.
"Leo! Come on!" Raph called once again, making me look up from my journal in a panic. I put my pencil back into my journal and slammed it shut. I stood up and kneeled down next to my bed and shoved the book under.
"Calm down, Raph! You're going to get an even bigger Raph-chasm!" I yelled back, getting up to open my door. "Chasm?! I do not have a chasm." Raph lied to himself. I put a hand on his shoulder, "keep telling yourself that, big bro." I grinned at him before sashayed to the kitchen.
"Whats for breakfast, hermanos?" I asked, leaning on the counter. Donnie glanced at me. "Breakfast has been done for awhile, 'nardo." He spat. I rolled my eyes. "Whatever, Donald." I paused for a moment, thinking. My eyes landed on his phone. I could feel a smile creeping onto my face.
I swiftly snatched the phone out of Donnies hands, keeping it out of his reach. "Leo! Give it back!" Donnie cried, straining his arm in an attempt to grab the phone out of my hands. "No can do, hermano!" I cackled.
"Leo- Enough!" Raph yelled, giving Donnie the chance to snag his phone back. I glare at him, and glared back. "Meet me in you're room." He spoke before he shuffled back into my room. His voice wasn't commanding or anything, but it made me feel uncomfortable.
I glanced at Donnie, hoping he would have some sort of Don-like advice, but he was snoot deep into his phone. I sighed and followed after Raph.
I shut the door behind me. "What'ja you need, bro?" My voice shook a bit more than I wanted it to. "Yeah, uhm.. Can you explain to me whats in this journal?" Raph spoke, turning around so I could see my leather journal in his hand. My eyes widened and I started to sweat. "You didn't open that- Right, Raph?" I chuckled nervously. "Right?"
