It's not like you're a broken family, there's no reason to be happy, yes it's hard, but that's your fate, we can't do anything about it, so try to communicate with other people like friends, classmates. So you don't feel like you're alone, but I'll just remind you that some people are plastic/fake , so be careful with the people you trust, especially if you just met.
