Chapter 2 ~ A visit that's gone wrong

Instead of taking the short way I decided the long way. I had too much on my mind and walking was just the cure .

~20 minutes later~

I am in my own little world not minding anything till I get out of my day dreaming and see that I am already home. But something is different I can sense it, I push it to the side and walk right in. On the couch is a man that looks just like my brother but a bit more muscler and fit. My parents are sitting right infront of him while my mother is crying and my father is holding him.

I don't seem to be noticed yet but my mother looks up "Oh honey you're finally home come here we need to talk to you"

Oh gosh this didn't seem good. When my family wants a 'talk' is ends with one of us breaking down but I see my mother has beaten me to it this time. I nod my head and sit on of the other chairs we have so I have a full veiw of everyone.

"Sweetie,this is your brother remember? Axel. He moved back into town and stopped by" my father exclaimed but tears fill my eyes.

I don't want to break down into my brother since I haven't seen him in years. I get up and head to my room ignoring my parents and brother yelling for me.

I lock my door making sure no one comes in. Good thing I bought myself a lock with my summer job money last year. I would always be afraid my parents would catch me cutting and I had no lock , it had to be done.

For about 20 minutes I have been in the corner crying afraid I might cut again.

-knock-

-knock-

I bet it's my father making sure im fine. I'm a daddy's girl don't judge. I get up and unlock the door and see that it is not my father it is stranger of a brother. As I go to shut the door in his face he stops it before closing and pushing it open 'fuck myself for being weak'.

He has a pained expression on his face "come on allicat I know you havent talked in a year I do keep tabs on you from time to time please talk to me:

Tears form my eyes again and I whisper so quiet he can barely hear "you just let...I needed you" thats when the water works go and next thing you know I am balling my eyes out and Axel is holding me.

He holds me tightly like he'll never let go " I know I'm sorry Allison I will tell you why soon"

As he is done talking I am drifting asleep and I feel him lay me down on my bed and last thing I hear is

" I wont ever leave again my allicat" he whispers in my ear then i am consumed in darkness

~ dream ~

I turn around and see a huge black wolf that blends in the night with his blazing grey eyes. He stalks towards me as I try to crawl away and he growls but i see love in his eyes.

"Love?" I accidentally say out loud and his face softens and he rubs his face on my cheek and he licks it. He stops and sees the fear in my eyes and it makes him whine and he howls and disappears in the night.

~end of dream~

I jerk up and see that there is cold sweat all over me and I turn to look out my window and see that there is a blood moon and I hear the same howl from my dream. Before I can think I end up falling back asleep but i before i do i see a small figure outside my window in my backyard which is the beginning of the woods.
