When Nie Mingjue left NeverNight to head back to the Nie clan, he see his didi and the other Nie disciple is waiting for him.
"Da Ge!" Nie Huaisang rush toward his brother as he wrapped his arm around his big brother waist. "I'm so so happy that you are alright."
"I'm fine Huaisang, we're all fine," Nie Mingjue patted gently on top of his brother head. "Let's head back inside. There will be a banquet soon," 'Jin Guangshan will come and make a big scene. He didn't even join the war.'
About an hour or so later Suibian, Chenqing, Wangji and Bichen arrived back at Cloud Recesse. "Chenqing, do you really have to scare the poor kids like that?" Wangji smacked the back of Chenqing head.
"Hey! That hurt!" Chenqing rubbed the back of his sore head, "if I didn't do that then he won't go through the portal. The kids won't stop crying."
"You will never be good with children if you don't talk softly to them or smile at them."
Suibian and Bichen chuckled at this, "what do you think Jin Guangshan will do when he found out that Jin Guangyao isn't around?" Wangji asked as they walk toward Jingshi.
"Master!" Suibian rush over to where Wei Ying is at. "Your back? Is all of the non cultivator Wen safe?"
"They are safe, Master. But what will we do with Jin Guangshan if he ask about Meng Yao?" Wangji asked his Master Lan Wangji.
Wei Ying looked at his flute, "Chenqing go put Meng Yao into the dungeon, make sure he doesn't know where he is at. We can't let Meng Yao talk to Xichen if he know that he is in the Lan Clan."
"Understood Master." Before Chenqing left from there Wangji said, "I'll go with you, will that be okay with you, Master?"
"You can. Just don't cause trouble for Chenqing," Chenqing smirk at this, "MASTER!"
Suibian and Bichen giggle at this, "just go and come back. We are heading to the banquet tonight."
"A banquet? Is Jin Guangshan still think that he is the one who take the whole credit for taken Wen Rouhan down?" Come a very angry Suibian.
"That is why Xichen is talking to his father and Shifu right now." Chenqing and Wangji left from there after they heard what their master and Suibian just said.
That night Lan Xichen went to see Wei Ying and Lan Zhan, "Master, Zewu Jun is here."
"Tell Xichen to come in," Suibian nodded his head, he left to go tell Lan Xichen that he can come in. "What do you think he will tell us?" Wei Ying asked as he clean up the mess around him.
"Let's wait until Xiong Zhang come in."
"Wangji, A-Xian," come Lan Xichen voice as he enter into the room. "How did the meeting with your father and uncle went, Xichen?" Asked Wei Ying.
"Father said that since he is out of seclusion, he will take over as sect leader again as for me, he want me to take the title of Xiandu."
"Don't you want too or you don't want too?" Wei Ying asked Lan Xichen.
"I told Fuqin that I will think about it. He said that I need decided by tomorrow since tomorrow is the banquet that Jin Guangshan is holding."
"Xichen, you will make a great Xiandu. Everyone, will do the same," Wei Ying gave a big smile to encourage Lan Xichen to take the position.
"You think Zewu Jun, will take the title?" Asked Suibian as the four of them is listen from outside of Jingshi.
"He will take it. He is the only one who is more knowledge about the cultivation world beside Nie Mingjue of course."
The other three nodded their head to what Wangji just said.
The next day is the banquet. When everyone enter into the palace that once belong to Wen Rouhan, they don't see a happy smile on Jin Guangshan face, they see a very upset expression on his face instead.
The greeting didn't went well, "Sect leader Jin, we think that you should sit down here with the rest of the other sect leader," Chenqing snapped his finger as the table disappear from the top, then reappear next to one of the sect leader instead.
"Who are you?" Asked Jin Guangshan. "Who am I is none of your business. You are not the leader of the cultivation world so you don't deserve to sit up there."
"A coward like you should sit down here like the rest of the other sect leader." Bichen
"A coward? What does he mean by that?"
Lan Zhan, Wei Ying and Lan Xichen didn't bother to stop the four spiritual tool. They let them said whatever they want because it is true, Jin Guangshan didn't join the War to fight against Wen Rouhan.
"Oh so you all didn't know?" Wangji and Chenqing walk around the room looking at each of the sect leader one at a time.
"Here, let show you," Chenqing red eye begin to glow, he turn to look at Jin Guangshan, "Oh Jin Guangshan, don't you have something to show everyone...."
Before Jin Guangshan can run out of there, a mist of dark energy grabbed Jin Guangshan hand, leg and his whole body, it pull him back to where Chenqing is at.
"Let's show them shall we?" Chenqing sent his dark energy into Jin Guangshan head, then he raised his hand up. A smoky screen appear in the middle of the room. This let everyone see what is going on inside of Jin Guangshan head.
They all see Jin Guangshan received a message from Wen Rouhan.
"If you don't go to war against me, then I won't sent my man to attack your clan. If you do go against me, then I will attack your clan. Make your decision soon Jin Guangshan."
"Should we do what he said. Zixuan can help out, it is like saying that I am helping out as well."
"Wait What?!" A sect leader slammed their hand on the table when he heard what Jin Guangshan just said.
"Is this why he didn't join the fight against Wen Rouhan!?" Shouted another Sect leader from another clan.
