Chapter 2 - Never seen only heard

We got to the studio and daddy was by the panel tuning the music.
“Daddy.” I yelled hugging him. Some people think it’s weird to hug your parents but my mom died before I started to think it was weird.
“Lex!” He said hugging back.
Lily Started barking at a puppy that I had just noticed lying on the couch, he looked like lily but I could tell he’s a mix .
“It’s the dog of one of the guys that’s recording today.” Telling me.
I walked over to the couch and sat by the dog and picked up lily and put her in my lap. She continued to growl
“Lily pad stop it!” I commanded, she immediately stopped I always call her lily pad when she was in trouble.
“Boy’s you can come out, break time.” my dad said into the microphone.
“Lily you better be nice to them.” I told lily seeing the wheels turning in her head.
Five guys walked out of the recording booth.
“Loki come here.” one said, he had a buzz cut and beautiful brown eyes.
I stood up and walked over to Stacey, Kaitlyn, and my dad.
“Boys this is my daughter Alexis and her friends Stacey and Kaitlyn.” my dad said pointing to each one of us.
“Zayn.” British, I thought taking note.
“Louis.” British.
“Liam.” British “this is Loki.” he said pointing to the dog in his arms.
“Niall.” Irish.
“Harry.” British. “Were one direction. Heard of us?”
“I’ve heard never seen.” I said.
“Are you sure names aren’t all sexy.” Kaitlyn said under her breath so only Stacey and I could hear.
Stacey started laughing so hard she crumbled to the floor clenching her stomach I just giggled and playfully slapped Kaitlyn. After a minute of laughing Stacey stood up wiping the tears from her eyes smiling.
All the guys gave us weird looks. I caught a small smile from Niall and looked over to him. His head snapped down to his shoes, blushing. Awww how cute.
“I’m hungry, anyone fancy going out to eat?” Liam asked pulling me back to reality.
“Me!” I said I guess a little to excitedly cause they all gave me weird looks.
“What never seen someone who’s hungry?” I said.
“All the time.” Stacey added.
“Only Niall.” Louis said
I found myself getting lost in Niall’s blue eyes.
“Yeah food sounds good.” Stacey said clearing her throat.
I looked over at her. She made a confused face at me as if to say ‘What’s up?’ I just shook my head as if to say ‘Later’.
“You kids go ahead I have to stay here and tune some of the music plus someone’s got to stay with the dogs.”
“Okay.” Kaitlyn said walking out to my car knowing not to argue with my dad.
“Lets go to Nando’s.” I suggested following the girls out with the boys behind me.
“NANDO’S!” Niall yelled in my ear.
“Damn Niall calm down! I’m guessing you like Nando’s!” I said looking at him. Awww he’s blushing again.
“Um, yeah I kinda love it.” He said in his cute Irish accent. I’ve got to stop….but I’ve always loved accents.
“Yes I finally got a Nando’s buddy.” I sang doing a little dance. “The girls like it but don’t love it.” I explained after I got done dancing.
“so…. TO NANDO’S!!!!!!!!” I yelled running to my car.
