Is what she used to call him, he loved it then and now he hates it, she's trying to use it against him, thinks it'll soften him as Nadine texts Jimin that she wants to clear the air between them, he knows it's a trap, she's a carnivorous spider waiting for him to walk into her winding web of misery.
He tells her yet again he's busy, which is true, he has a client later today and calls to make, she's constant with the promise it won't take too long he puts his phone on silent and by the time he looks up again from his files, she's called him twice.
It's same old, same old...
She texts that she could meet him at Hoseok's for a quick coffee but what she doesn't know is she's banned for life, Hoseok's own words, so Jimin just disregards his phone completely, leaving it on his desk.
The vibrations of his phone incessantly carry on. She doesn't give up. So he turns off his phone, he has work to do, pouring over profiles and then making his client appointments for the week. He half expects her to show up but she knows he's not often in the office on a weekday.
During the week Jimin is usually in the field, helping the most desperate men feel confident in their appearance with the aid of his friend and tailor shop owner Taehyung. He takes Jimin's clients often, they usually have more money than sense so Taehyung puts on a little Jazz music and pays special attention to them, hyping them into buying the odd extra set of cufflinks and or a new tie.
Jimin reads on, his files are stacked messily, he should get an assistant but keeps putting on the back burner and forgetting about it.
He picks up the receiver from his office phone, a number he's changed recently so he won't get hounded by Nadine, she'll look it up eventually, she's probably doing it now but all she will get is a dead dial tone as he calls Sabine to coordinate clients for a meet and greet party tonight.
"Hey Sabine, it's Jimin, just calling to know how many spots are left for me this weekend?"
"Changed your number again, huh?" Sabine noticed as Jimin announced that it was him.
"Don't ask" He deadpans.
"I don't need to," Sabine sighs knowing all too well of Nadine's antics. "There's two, I've got two women on my rota for tonight but I only want to meet your clients if they're decent men this time Jimin, I mean it!" Sabine warns him. Her encounters with his clients after their match ups were described as piggish and it seemed like chivalry was completely dead these days.
"Of course, of course, I got 2 blues and a purple" He replies looking at his files.
"I've got 2 blues" She says as she doodles on her note book. They run through the details of the match ups, Sabine and her girlfriend had taken on all of Jimin's female clientele since he became a male only business so they try and help each other out, a win is a win after all. "Are you coming as a patron tonight?" Sabine pokes. "You sound stressed"
