chapter one

the other ninja gets waken up to Zane yelling Lloyd and running footsteps going around the monastery. the others get up and Cole opens the sliding door as Zane tackles Lloyd to the ground.
Lloyd is just laughing so hard, and Zane puts a pink ninja mask in his mouth to make him shut up "what did I tell you about putting my Gi in with Kais Gi! " Zane yells and Lloyd pulls the mask out "but it is funny to see how you react to it bro hahaha" Lloyd says and Zane would have strangled Lloyd if it wasn't for Cole picking Zane up. "Ok let's not kill him I don't think master Wu will like that you killed your brother" Cole says to his boyfriend.

jay helps Lloyd up as Cole puts Zane down and wraps his arms around Zanes waist. "It is too early to deal with sibling life." kai said but was muffled by his Pellow.

jay giggles at kai "well time to get up anyways kai training starts in 2 hours and Zane made breakfast until I showed him his pink Gi" Lloyd says as he ducks and runs out of the room as Zane throws the rest of his Gi at him. "I swear I love my brother, but he makes me rethink about Misako and Garmadon adopting me." Zane grumbles as he gets out of Coles arms and goes to the door "say somthing like that about your brother again Zane Garmadon and I will ground you, young man!" Misako yells from 4 rooms down and Zane tenses "how can you even hear me mom!" Zane yells as the others laugh.

"I am your mother I just know!" Misako says and Zane just grumbles and goes back to the kitchen.

after eating and training, the ninjas are in the game room. Zane on Coles lap with Coles arms around him with a controller in his hands, jay is on the floor with kai his head in Kais's lap as he plays agents Cole, Nya is playing with pixel's hair, Lloyd is on the couch leaning on the armrest.
they were having a lot of fun up until Wu comes in. "Zane, Lloyd it is time for you visit with your father at the prison" Wu says looking at his nephews. they both nod then get there Gi's lucky for Zane he has a second set of his uniform that isn't pink to wear. Zane was always not up to the visits they do because after garmadon turned fully evil he hasn't really thought of Zane as his son anymore and it always hurts when they visit due to him only focusing on Lloyd and calling him his one and only son, others might think Zane hates Lloyd for this or something like that but he doesn't yes it hurts him but he loves his little brother too much to think of anything but keeping him safe.

Zane leaves his room and heads out to Wu, Lloyd, and Misako, "Zane, honey you don't have to come if you don't want to" Misako says putting an arm around Zanes shoulders in a side hug. Zane shakes his head "no I want to see dad even if he doesn't think of me as his son anymore, he is still my dad." Zane looks at Misako with a small smile and she takes a moment to think then nods "ok maybe this time he will act as a dad to you this time" Misako says as she holds Lloyd's hand still having her other around Zane to keep him close. "I don't think so, but we will see" Zane says then goes to his bike.

they go to the prison once the guard at the door sees them, he lets them in. "hello you here to see lord garmadon?" the Worden ask and they all nod "alright you know the rules, no weapons or anything to talk to the outside." after getting the done they go to every big cell garmadon is in the walkway to it starts to move. Zane holds Lloyd's hand as he Lloyd Wu and Misako goes to garmadon "ah isn't it my family and adopt kid." garmadon says standing up and going to the glass "dad, be nice to Zane for once he is still your son." Lloyd says glaring at their father.

"He is my adopted son; he isn't blood heck he doesn't even have any blood to begin with" garmadon says not caring that Zane flinches a little at what he said. "He might not be blood, but he is still our son garmadon, I don't understand how you can only love one of our kids and hate the other one, when you loved them both the same way before Harumi brought you back as this." Misako says with a death glare at her Husband "you should be grateful that Zane still comes to see you after every remark you make, and he still loves you as a father, and I am now starting to think I should just stop both our sons from coming to see you if you can't even give one the respect he disserves." Misako says and Zane puts his hand on her shoulder " no mom it is fine we all know dad isn't the one we know and all that is in him now is his evil side, so let's just let it go" Zane says and doesn't look at garmadon.

Misako puts Zane in a side hug and kiss his head then holds Lloyd's hand with her other hand. " brother it pains me to do this, but until you can learn to love your family as a whole again I don't think it is wise to let you still see them" Wu says standing next to Lloyd, and garmadon seems to not like that and punch the glass of his cell "no you can't take away my chances to see my son grow" garmadon says and Wu's eye brows furrow "last I cheeked you have two sons not one and I promise your good side to keep your sons and wife safe from even yourself so that is what I am doing until you learn you fine it in your dark heart to love Zane as your son again you will not be seeing any of them, come on you guys" Wu says then turns around to leave, Lloyd and Misako follow Wu so does Zane but he stops half way and looks over his shoulder at garmadon "just know even after you started to no longer love me as your own anymore dad I still and always will love you no matter what you do or say" and with that Zane leaves the room leaving garmadon alone in his cell.

that was a week ago and Zane and Lloyd are ok with not seeing their father every week. they been training more and hanging out with their friends more as well "Lloyd give me my comic back!" jay yells as he runs after Lloyd who runs into the game room where kai, Zane, Cole and Nya are. Lloyd pushes Zane Forword and hides behind Zane making the ninjdroid really confused "Lloyd what are you doing?" Zane looks behind him to look at Lloyd as jay comes in " hiding from jay because he thinks the comic in my hands is his" Lloyd says and jay comes over and takes it from Lloyd, but Zane grabs it and flips jay around and pins him to the floor, making him yelp from it the reason he is pinning jay to the floor is, so he doesn't try to tackle Lloyd.

Zane looks the comic over then sighs and hands it over to Lloyd "hey that is mine" jay says glaring at Lloyd "no it isn't jay it the comic I got him for his birthday it also has his l.m.g on it as well." Zane says as he frees jay from his hold. "Then where is mine!" jay yells and kai look at it then makes a oh face " oh um you might have left it in my room, and I got mad, and it got burned sorry babe I can get you a new one." kai says hugging jay and kissing his forehead.

jay whines about his comic being burnt. but he nuzzles into Kais's chest "not your fault just please get me a new one" jay says and Lloyd glares at them "oh I get chased and death threats, but he gets a not your fault" Lloyd says crossing his arms making Zane and Cole to laugh at their friends and Zane's 16-year-old brother.

Misako comes in "you kids need to go an attack happened downtown" Misako and the ninja gets their weapons and Gi's.
