Chapter 1

- Ugh.. Another day at the office.. I wonder when I'll do something interesting and stop doing paper work - I told myself while sitting on a rotated black chair.
- Boss! We got news about the new mafia that got created not long ago! - One of my workers informed me.
- Huh? What do you know? - Once I asked, my worker gave me a pile of papers.
- Oh my fucking god.. why there's so much of it?.. - I asked another question with a little bit of anger in my voice.
- Sorry Boss, but as soon as I got it I gave it to you, I didn't had chance to even look at it - He answered.
- Then take it and do something with it! I won't be spending all my time on some stupid paper, it's YOUR job and NOT mine! - I screamed at him while giving order.
- Yes Boss. - he walked away a little bit scared.
- Ugh.. those guys, what do I pay them for? - I told myself.
After some time I decided to go out and smoke, then I saw something strange. I thought a little bit and observed and then noticed that it was Hwang Hyunjin! My enemy from another company that I hated with all my heart. I couldn't even stand looking at him.
- What is this bitch doing at my property?! - I got annoyed again.
I started walking towards him, once he noticed me he started to give me his stupid smile.
- What are you doing here? - I asked Hyunjin.
- Huh? So you don't know? - he laughed a little bit.
- Don't know what? - I asked him another question.
- Your father invited me so I can talk with him about something - he answered my question.
- And why is it you?! Go and do your fucking job and leave me and my father alone or I'll get rid of you another way! - I screamed at him with anger.
- Why are you so angry? You don't even know me - he said.
- Of course I know YOU! You're my enemy, I don't have to know you personally to hate you -
- Ugh.. I don't have time for this, see you later "boss" - he said that laughing while walking away.
At that moment I hated him even more. Why does my father want to talk to him? Is it about a job or is it about me? Or maybe something else? I don't know and don't care, the only thing I want is getting rid of him so he won't be in my way anymore.
After some time my father called me to his office.
- Oh, Cassie! You're finally here - my father said with a smile on his face.
- Yeaah.. what do you need? - I asked.
- I wanted to tell you that Mr. Hwang is going to help us with our company a little bit - he answered.
- WHAT? WHY HIM? - I screamed at my father while saying that.
- Calm down, Mr. Hwang is a really nice and kind man, I'm sure he won't do anything bad.. besides, we already signed a contract and I can't change that until next month - he said.
- Okay, just keep an eye on him. I don't trust him - I said annoyed.
After that I left my father's office and went for a walk to rest a little bit. I walked for a few minutes and then decided to go to the shop because I was hungry. I started to walk between two food aisles and then I heard some interesting conversation between the cashier and client. It turned out that they were talking about the new mafia that my worker told me about. I was a little bit shocked because I didn't expect to hear ordinary people talking about this kind of stuff in public. I walked a little bit closer and then heard a similar last name.. it was "Hwang". As soon as I heard this I knew that they probably talked about Hwang Hyunjin, because who else could it be? He was suspicious at the beginning and something was telling me that he's not "nice" or "kind" as my father said so. I decided to catch this guy who talked with the cashier and ask him some questions.
- That will be 6559 won (to PLN : around 20PLN | to $ : around 5$ ) - the cashier said to the suspicious man.
- There you go - he answered.
He left the shop and I went after him. Once he was busy doing something, I hit the back of his head so he'll lose consciousness. I took him with me to my office and asked my workers to tie him up so he wouldn't escape. When I poured some water on him he woke up and then I said to him :
- What do you know about the mafia that you were talking about? -
- Who are you? I don't know what you're talking about! - he yelled a little bit scared.
- Are you dumb or are you just pretending to be dumb? - I asked while laughing.
- Let me go! I don't know anything!! - the man started to get nervous.
- I won't let you go until you answer my questions - I set a condition for him.
- And you think I'll trust someone like YOU? You must be joking -
- If you want to live then I think so - I said.
- N-no need to do anything like that! Haha.. let's talk -
- Great, then let me ask the first question. What's your name? - I asked the man.
- I thought that you were going to ask me about the mafia and not something about myself, did you fell in love with me or something? - the man said laughing.
After he said that i put a gun next to his head and asked him the same question again.
- Okay, okay! Fine! I'll tell you.. jeez.. - he said.
- My name is Hwang Minhyun - he added.
- Huh? Your last name is also "Hwang"?... Weird.. Do you know by any chance a guy named "Hwang Hyunjin"? - I asked him the 2nd question.
Once Minhyun heard that name he freezed instantly and couldn't say any word. He looked terrified. I thought that maybe he's just pretending so he won't have to answer this question, but after I looked at him for a few seconds I knew that he wasn't pretending.
- Why are you scared? Did he do something to you? - I asked another question.
- H-he.. - the man said quietly.
I looked a little bit confused at him.
- He killed.. my daughter. - the man said with tears in his eyes.
After asking Minhyun some other questions I found out that Hyunjin is his brother and their parents are dead. Minhyun's daughter was supposed to take over the company that Hyunjin owns and not him, he killed her because he wanted the company to himself. He also was an ex-mafia leader. I decided to tell everything to my father but his reaction was not the one I expected...
