N/A: mitsuri hadn't seen rengoku in a while since they both had such frequent missions in a variety of villages. its almost like someone has a plan-- a plan to keep them apart, but mitsuri had always been fond for him, and only him. she was always getting into arranged marriages but nodbody understood the true beauty of her or really loved her for all of her, not just how she looks, talks, feels, and acts. she wanted somebody who admired all of that in one, someone who was her soulmate.
although rengoko had an intresting reputation as the exilerating flame hashira, mitsuri never cared about that. She thought he was a refined, handsome young man. rengoku always protected mitsuri when he could as he loved her and did hint at it when he could.
soon after hiding their feeling for so long they noth confessed and soon became a couple of flaming love.
